ne day and had 10500 pulses which is the equivalent of $105.00 so i requested a paypal payment. i did not receive my payment and when i logged into my account i found that my payout status was "error" and that my points were just 1700 instead of the 10500 they were previously. i received no email informing me that there was an error and planet pulse have my correct paypal address so i dont know why there was an error. i immediately emailed them to enquire about it and received no response and my points are still down at 1700 and i have not received the $105.00 payout into my paypal account. i would like an explanation as to why i have not been paid, when i will be paid, where have the points gone to, why my account shows that i have just 1700 pulses and why planet pulse did not see fit to contact me about it please.
