They don't have any good prizes, and you have to rate 100's of songs to get a prize. Most of the time, they don't have the gift cards in stock--it's a complete waste of time!

They have a great premise for a website-it's not a traditional survey site but u do give ur opinion on popular songs. That part is fun. The bad part comes when you try to collect on your prize-they either magically become "out of stock" or, they refuse to tell you when they will send it & never respond to emails. It's a scam~they simply use new members to get the reviewing done & then never compensate them, IMO.

I joined PromoSquad back in 2005, and back then it was a good site. I could rate music, vote in polls, and got prizes for doing so. But now it's hardly ever updated and people in the PromoSquad forums complained about not receiving their prizes. Now the forums have been conveniently removed from the site!

I just signed up with Promosquad 8/18/08. I did my last rate on a song today-told me I have already rated all songs on their list. I have only rated 15 songs. Half of which I have already heard on the radio. I am not happy with this site.

Was a pretty cool site a couple years back, but now it's gone to crap! No email responses or response to help desk tickets. It sometimes takes over a year to receive a prize, if at all. Promosquad is now a total waste of time, and I would not recommend Promosquad to anyone.

When I first signed up, they had lots of prizes shown, including some for not a lot of points. When I got to that level, they were all out! Then the real kick in the nuts, whenever I got to the next level, or just about there, the next level's prizes would disappear! So I kept on to try and get something, then when I finally got enough to order it's been several months with nothing sent, and absolutely no reply to repeated 'help desk' tickets. f^*k promosquad.

Promosquad was, and really still is, a great place to hear upcoming music. Where the site really fails is in the incentives. You spend your time and effort to earn points, then when you redeem them, it takes forever to get even a CD (took me 3 months). Now I'm trying to get a gift card and it's been over a month with no response. I've heard many say it's been near to over a year since they first redeemed their points. Promosquad has really dropped the ball.

I waited a little over a year for asome of my prizes that costed me 2500 points each . It takes alot of time and effort to reach that many points. I really think they should atleast write on here where are prizes are. The last thing they said was that they shipped them off in October. I think it's stupid that they are letting people who just ordered something get their prizes but the people who waited for their prizzes, since the spring/summer get absolutely ntohing. I really think they should sent out prizes that the people who ordered first out FIRST. RATHER then them sending out prizes that was ordered just a couple of weeks ago out to people.
I know someone is going to say something about this post and are going to be like "Why don't you just wait longer?" I waited over a year. A YEAR!!!

I've been a member here for around 8 years. When I first joined it was a fun place to be. You'd rate music and get rewarded for it. Prizes have always taken time BUT you got them AND they answered emails to let you know what was going on. Now it's changed for the worse. Prizes can take over a year and they refuse to answer email. STAY AWAY!!

What a shame it is that promosquad has such a lack of respect for it's "loyal" members! I have been a member for a while and yes they use to send prizes but then right before christmas 2007 it seems like they just stoped caring and refuse to respond to e-mail enquires about prizes... prizes we EARNED! I have been waiting for months now for my prizes and have made attempts at contacting them with no avail so I have stoped using the site untill they decide to treat members with respect and answer e-mails and ship prizes!

Promosquad used to be fun. You used to get new music to review nearly every day. Artist fame gauge and new polls at least weekly. And the great prizes. Well that has changed. Now no more music to rate, the fame gauge is intermittent, and one poll / month. Let's talk about the prizes. It seems like they are still promising nice prizes but lately lot's of folks are complaining about not receiving their prizes (myself included).

Promosquad used to be great. They would refill the jukebox almost daily. They would add new polls almost daily. They would send out prizes promptly. This has all changed though. They havent updated the juke box or polls in several months and almost nobody has recieved their prize. They also no longer answer emails. Promosquad has really gone downhill!
