I redeemed my points on 8/4/07 for a $** **.com gift certificate with **s.com (who are connected to Promosquad). And received the message:
Congratulations! Your Prize Order is Complete (#**)
Prize: $** ** Gift Card
I still have not received this gift certificate. I have tried to contact them repeatedly and get no response. It took me almost two years to save up enough points for this. PLEASE help - I don't know what else to do.

I am missing 3 different prizes. 1. $10.00 Petco gift card (1/18/08)2. choose your own CD/Velvet Revolver Libertad from December of 07 and 3. A CD Prize pack. I have emailed them again and again. I have sent emails to every possible address on that sight and have not heard a single thing. I have been extremely nice and I am tired of trying to get their attention.

Back on November 2nd 2007 I cashed in my points for a Spider-man 3DVD I still have not received the DVD.

I have filled out the contact us form on the website several times and have replied back to the address on the email from which the order confirmation was sent. I have not received any response from promosquad.

here is the text from the confirmation of the order sent by promosquad on the date I ordered the dvd:

Over the summer, I won a free cd, wich they emailed me and asked me which one I would like and have still not recieved it. I also ordered a 20$ amazon gift card in Novemeber and still have not recieved it. I've sent 4 emails, and they haven't responded to any of them.

I ordered a $75 dollar amazon gift card on Fri 9/14/07 and have yet to receive it. Have sent e-mails and getting no response. I also ordered a candle set on Sat 9/15/07. It says Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. i have not received any of the promised gifts.

I ordered a dvd on sept 27 and a portable dvd player on dec.4 and have not recieved either item. I tried e-mailing them at least twice a week to no avail. please help

I won a cd prize pack a year ago and still have not recieved it. Many others have also not recieved prizes that were supposed to take 6-8 weeks, but that they have been waiting for 6 months to a year. This is unacceptable. Please do something
