After a study closes, your account will be credited in the dollar amount offered for the survey. For those from the USA, once your account reaches a balance of $12.50, you may request a payment to your PayPal account. The panel also offers payout via Amazon vouchers.
The following are the required minimum payout levels for other countries: £8 in the UK, $17 AUD in Australia, $15 NZD in New Zealand, €10 in European countries, and $12.50 in Canada.
US and UK Residents Can Earn Amazon Gift Cards
Residents of the USA and UK have the option of receiving Amazon gift cards instead of PayPal payments. You can request an Amazon card with $10 (or £10 in the UK) in your account.

surveys are a fairly good attempt by the service provider, but too lengthy.

Hello Amala,Thank you for your feedback. Some of our surveys take up to 1.5 hours for the long music rating type: in these, respondents are able to leave the survey and return in order to combat panelist fatigue etc. Respondents are compensated at high rates for these type of surveys. Most other surveys take approximately 10-15 minutes. If you had any one survey that you felt was too long, please write to us directly and we will investigate. Email them , 2 weeks ago, told me to check email, no payment, yes i was email to respond for survey which i completed and was suppose to receive a 15 tango card, emailed Livi G. at least twice.
Paid, Not Paid!!

I did a music survey that took over 2-1/2 hrs to complete. It took over a month to get my $50 Tango card, even though we were supposed to have a choice of payment. I received my payment. I went to claim my reward and was told the link was no longer valid. Instead of being notified by Quest Mindshare that THEY had EVERYONE’S links canceled, they left it up to Tango Card to inform us. We were told that if we wanted our payment, contact quest mindshare for a new reward link. IF I want my payment???? I sure do want my payment. I’m just wondering what’s going on??? Anybody else experience this??! Oh, and btw, it’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard any from them.

Hi Nicole - Thank you for letting us know about your situation. Tango Card noticed a discrepancy in issuing Rewards and informed us of the issue: this is why Tango Card dealt with the cancellation of the links (as the Incentive is VIA their Platform). An investigation is under way and we will be sure to report back to you here, or personally to you, regarding your incentive. Bad for the business

Okay, to be fair, I got 2 payouts from them, each taking longer than the last. Now, I'm stuck at 6 days pending on 1-4 day payout. I got that nervous feeling we survey takers get when we think we're about to get screwed and I wasn't wrong. I don't mind a couple of extra days. However, when customer svc hits me up asking for info and screenshots and doesn't even read the message-I just don't have a good feeling about it. Nothing has been done and I'm not sure there will be.
UPDATE: After bugging them, they issues a payment. It was supposed to be 12.50 but they paid 12.25. It wasn't because of fees because they don't assess those as they are factored into the cashout levels. I deleted the apps because I've read some terrible things for others and mine seems to be going a bit downhill.

Unfortunately it is out of our control how slow or fast payments are made due to the fact that we are not paying respondents directly. A system is in place to rectify this process.
