Resonance Research Resolved Complaints

I completed a survey on 4-28-08 for Resonance Research that the link was sent to me via email. It told me that I would receive $5.00 via Paypal after completing the survey. The survey closed on May 2nd, but it did not say how long it would take to receive the payment. I completed the survey and waited and waited. A couple of weeks ago, I sent an email to Resonance Research asking them where the $5.00 was for completing the survey. I received a response a few days later telling me that they didn't have me in their panel. Well, I have been a member of their panel for some time, they sent me a link to complete a survey and I completed it. The lady that sent me the email told me to write her back with more information. I sent an email back immediately telling her my name, other email addresses and all of the information about the study. She never responded back to me and that has been about a week and a half ago. All that I want is the $5.00 that I was promised for completing the survey. I spent my time on the survey and deserve to be compensated for it. Thank you.
