Reward TV Active Complaints

On this site they have a special time to go online every few days to get your reward, however I have tried and failed everytime. I got there at 4:30 yesterday and it said there were 75 cards left so I clicked on the link to claim my prize and it goes straight through and shows 0 cards available. This has happened to me many times so I tried to find a phone number or e-mail for this company and have yet to find one. So I have no way to contact them to report this.
