Get started by completing a short registration form. Once you are a registered member, make sure to complete all of the questions in your profile to receive the maximum number of survey invitations! The more surveys you get invited to, the more points you will collect.

Points System

Usually your points will be deposited directly into your account once you have finished completing a survey. However, in some cases it can take 7 to 10 days for the points to appear. 1 RewardsMate point is equivalent to $0.16. Points expire after 12 months.

Survey lengths typically vary anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes though can be up to 25 minutes.

Once your account reaches the minimum account balance (100 points or a $16 value), you can request one of the three reward options. All redemption requests are fulfilled within 4-6 weeks.

Redeemed my reward in October 2016, but no payout to date.

Their website was hacked for months and they did not rectify it, but continued to send out surveys when their website was not functional. Their email form also does not work, there's no way to contact them.
