I have been waiting 8 weeks for a $25 paypal payment, and a $20 Amazon GC. At first I was told it had already been emailed. Then later I was told the Amazon GC was in the mail, and the paypal had been sent. I have not received either, so i am guessing it is a scam

Customer support is not there when needed. Incentives very poor. If you like OTX, well then go ahead waste your time. They prey on kids and teens with these OTX also.

It has been over 6 weeks and I still don't have my $25 PayPal. Email to Say Nation asking where my PayPal payment is are ignored. They used to pay in two days. You don't go from paying in two days to not paying in over 6 weeks unless something is very wrong with the company. Beware.

If you enjoy spending your time for nothing, and if you want to deal with a company that steals your information and cuts you off after 20-30 minutes into a survey, then this is the company for you!

There is alot of surveys. You even get 25 points for attempting a survey you do not qualify for. As for slow payment, it states clearly that rewards take 2 -6 weeks. They deliver as promised.

If you like wasting you time...this is the site for you! No incentive.

I've been on this panel about 6 months. They do a lot of OTX studies like the 8K point one described here. I participated in this and you had to do a survey every day for a week BY 4:00 PM EST. I got my points for this survey and have gotten Amazon and PayPall rewards, always within 4-6 weeks.

I qualified to do a daily diary for 7 days. The email said since I qualified, all I had to do was complete the 7 days. I did every day at the same time, since they never posted the link until about 7 PM. The last day I was supposed to "claim" my 8000 points, it said the survey was full? I wasted 7 days for nothing. I have emailed them, but never got a response.

I cashed out back in August for a $20 Amazon card. One day, my order status had changed to shipped, but low and behold, nothing was actually emailed to me. When I contacted them many times, I got a reply of, "Yes, we sent it, you should have it." I insisted I did not, they said they would look into it. That was October. I never heard a reply since that, despite emails to them asking for any response whatsoever.

this has got to be the slowest paying survey companies, i know. I'm at 2 weeks of waiting for my gift card.

It has been over a month that I requested $25 paypal and still nothing.I have emailed them a couple of times and have not received a response.I refuse to do anymore surveys from them until I get my money.

I am still waiting for my e-card from these people and it's been over a month!! first they claim they have sent the first one but that's a lie since I would have recieved it by now from barnes and nobles! I got my first ever card from them when I first joined earlier this year but now, they are getting kinda slow. I also got a second e-card I am waiting for but I think I won't get that one either. :/

Well it has been nearly 2 months since I request a Paypal payment of $25! I did get a reply from them stated this:

I'm sorry that you had to request our response more than once. We are
checking our records to see where your PayPal request is stranded. Please
give us a little more time. Please get back to us next week if you have not
received your credit.

Huh???? Stranded payment?? I then waited a week, emailed again and no response!!!

I wanted to cash my points in and get a Paypal $25 deposit and when I went in to add my mailing address, etc. and went to log back into my account I get messages stating my info is invalid and my email can't be found. I've emailed them several times only to be ignored.

I've been waiting forever for a e-card!

They are awful!! 6 weeks now for a $10 walmart online card!!!!
