I completed two printer-related surveys on Oct. 6th and 26th for value of $5 and $10 respectively and redeemed for Amazon gift certificates right upon completion but so far I have received neither. I contacted them but got only one message saying "in process" and no action.
Please ask them to keep promise, thanks

Once again 2 weeks ago I took a survey about printer supplies, it was for ten dollars. I completed the survey it said I did,but I never saw the 10 dollars credited to my account. I emailed them about and same a last time no response.
