On 5/30/08 I sent in a request for payment in the amount of $5.00.They said I should receive payment in 4 to 6 weeks.Never received it so I contacted them and received no response.So again today on 7/10/08 I tried logging on to my account and it said they have no record of me on file.So I asked them to send me my account name and password info without any response.Any help on getting this resolved so I can receive my check?I've been a member for them at least a year or 2 without any problem so I'm at a loss as to why now.Any help would be appreciated thank-you xxx xxxx
hi there on the 01-05-2008 i redemmed ** us dollars to be convertede into uk gbp amazon voucher and was told that i would recieve my amazon voucher within 3 weeks and still to date i have yet to receive it ..i have tried unsuccesfully on several occassions contacting the company through email but no response the emails say they get sent to a *** but still no reply can you please look into this matter for me please..thank you
