Surveys have nothing to do with what I signed up for. surveys used to be geared towards construction now they are all IT surveys which i disqualify for 20 minutes into the surveys.

They used to be good and paid on time but I've been waiting for 3 months for my payment and my account was upgraded to Verified Level which means I get my payments in 72 hours.

Called and emailed multiple times and i haven't heard anything. during this pandemic i need my money which is a little over 200 dollars. I Reported them to the BBB who knows if doing that would get me my money.

So I have been a member of the Specpan survey site for several years and prior to the last year they were a pretty legit survey site. I went to cash out last April and have still not received my award. I have written to support several times and always get an acknowledgment, but never a response. I have called the support center and the person manning it had an accent so thick I was not able to communicate at all. I am only out $55 so it's no big deal, but when you expect the other side to stand by their commitments it is very disappointing when they do not. I would suggest that everyone steer clear of Specpan as they are obviously not an honest group of people.

Don't waste your time with these clowns...not only don't they pay for construction-related surveys, but their HTML survey coding is full of errors & crashes mid- survey. The latest survey (noted above) comes up with a long error message starting with: "Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. ..."
This occurs mid-survey...😡. Bozos....

I've had the same issues - no payments, contact them multiple times with no response, incorrect payments, etc. They also give you a limited time to claim your payment or it is forfeited.
