Survey Lengths and Frequency

I had enough points to get a $50 gc. I choose Applebee's. When we got to the restaurant, they told us the card had no value. I wrote several times to SpAm before getting a reply that they did not issue the rewards. I contacted the incentive company, again, several times before getting an answer. They said the card had been used the day they issued it, in California (I'm in Idaho.). The e-mail with the GC number was somehow hacked before I got it. They did not offer to replace it.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2018: Well, here we go again. Cannot login despite using all the correct information and doing all the many many many many repetitive captchas. Support (haha) nonexistent. Sent messages -- nothing. This site is increasingly useless and worthless,

Cannot log in. Credentials (login ID & password) are current and unchanged. Still can't log in. Tried to reset password, but the emailed link to do that won't work either. You click on the link in the email and it just sits there doing nothing. Tried to send a help message to support. No response. No way to know when or if they will respond. We are going in circles with this website.

I have never had an issue with this site and they improved their rewards a while back which made it much better. They tend to not send survey invites as often but I have noticed I have been getting more lately. I do tend to find their surveys nicely constructed and not overly long. The downside is that the lowest reward denomination is $50 which takes a while to get to but very nice when you do cash out.

You can't cash out until $50. Surveys are few and far between.
