Survey Lengths and Frequency

i have been a member of springboard america for many years. i haven't received any new survey from them and tried to access my account. i was unable and contacted them about 5 times before they replied saying they had cancelled my contract with them due to fraudulent surveys and they kept my money. i have never done any fraudulent surveys and tried to answer their questions to the best of my abilities. they never contacted me saying there was a problem. i feel they should send me the money due to me regardless since it took me almost a year to accumulated the survey dollars i had since i don't qualify for many of their surveys due to my age of 64. i would recommend staying far far away from a company that acts in this manner.

I've been taking surveys with Springboard America for maybe two years now. It feels like there are a few more opportunities from them in my inbox in the last two months.
The surveys are well-designed and the rate of completion is high. Mos of their surveys take 5 to 15 minutes to complete, and they pay usually .75 cents to $1.75.
The main disadvantage is they pay through Paylution if you want to cash out in good old cash, and it's quite slow (over two months)- and more complicated than I think it should be.
The site would be so much better if they paid through PayPal.

I like this site's new website and I like the survey format BUT it is incredibly hard to earn much on this site. I had been on the site for most of 2 years before I was FINALLY able to cash out for my 1st $50. On most panels that I'm on, it would have taken 6 months AT MOST to get $50. They've done a little better after they sent out a "satisfaction" survey and I complained about how long it had taken me - only been 6 months and I'm past $25 already. You definitely won't get rich from Springboard but it's a good site if you just want a little extra.

You have to wait until you reach $50 to cash out, but I have done so twice. It does take a long time, but its worth it to get 50 bucks all at once.
