On 11/5/2007 I received an invitation from Survey.com to participate in survey #***. It was a 30 minute survey with a promised $**.00 pay pal incentive. The survey closed 11/11/07, my account with them clearly shows I completed the survey and I have written to *** twice about never receiving the $**.00 pay pal reward. One email was answered with basically alot of "mumbo jumbo". My second email to her was sent on 1/16/08 with a copy of the original invitation and a copy of my account showing I completed the survey in full. Needless to say, I have not heard a word from her and have not received my payment.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist successfully received payment the following day after complaint was submitted. This complaint has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
