Is SurveySavvy Legit?

Believe it or not, SurveySavvy has been offering paid surveys for over 20 years and as such, is completely legit and is certainly not a scam. Although members of the site may have varying degrees of success with the program, SurveySavvy is a legitimate online surveys website that is very safe to use. Bear in mind that although they offer the opportunity for anyone in the world to join their site, people in predominantly English-speaking countries (USA, Canada, UK, etc.) will receive more frequent invitations to complete surveys.

Luth Research, the company that operates the SurveySavvy panel, is a member of the BBB (the Better Business Bureau). They have maintained a solid rating on the platform for many years, providing more confidence that SurveySavvy is legitimate.

This is a decent company that has been around a long time. Their surveys are relatively easy to do and pay moderately well. A few will result in a product test. The surveys can be in house ones or through outside sources.

In addition to surveys , they also have a web usage monitor program called SavvyConnect that you can install on your system. It is safe and works in the background just tracking sites visited , but no personal info. Installing it pays $5 per month. It also allows you to receive your cash out check faster.

They also have Partner Surveys that you can do or not do. They tell you upfront how long and what the pay will be with the option to skip that particular survey. Most will be DQs , but those that you complete add in to your totals. One point to keep in mind. Like most sites , if a survey fails to credit , they will need complete info. In the case of SurveySavvy , you need to record the Partner Survey number and the 2-3 work code for the survey. Doing that and submitting it to support has always ended up with receiving credit.

Customer service is OK , but could be a bit faster (may take 2-3 days).

I have had a lot of experience with this company. Here's how their little game works: they offer you a survey with a "Few Screening Questions".
You fill out UP TO 50 questions with ALL OF your personal information - very detailed - thinking you ARE taking a survey.
Then you see a page saying that "Based on your responses you do not qualify for this survey."
You will not get the reward you were 'offered' ... why should they pay you the money offered for your time ( you just filled out 20 minutes of "screening questions"!!!) when they already have ALL of your survey responses?
So, I'm not going back ever again. You: never sign up ... and you will not be disappointed by them. You will spend a LOT of Time - and you will answer all of the questions - but you will never qualify for the survey or be rewarded.

I had their extension installed since November 2019 and earned a total of $0. I was told I was not answering required surveys, but I had met all my requirements for January. I would get payment in the first 3 weeks of February. However, that never came. The extension itself made my internet awful for these months and I can only imagine all the useful data they gathered from me all while refusing to pay.

They say that when you cash out for your payment check it will be in the mail within 7 days. That is not true. When I first joined years ago, it was true. For the last 6 months or so it is not true.
Example: Requested a payment 2/14, is now 3/2 still have not received a check. Do the math. Don't get me wrong, you will get paid.

This site works for me with no problems. Wish they had paypal. But when i cash out the check is always in my mail box a few days later. Two thumbs up.
