I filled out a survey for Powerbars that gave me an error and said it did not record my answers. Here is the original email. Please let me know about my $5. Thanks

You should have received a package with two PowerBar Performance bars. If you have not received the package yet, you can expect to receive it within the next few days.

Please be sure to retain this email until you’ve had a chance to try both bars within the next 7 days. After you’ve consumed both bars, please click on the link below in order to provide your feedback in our survey. The survey will be open for you until then.

The survey will take 15 minutes to complete. If you qualify and complete the entire survey, you will receive a $5 reward. In addition you will be entered into the quarterly $25,000 sweepstakes.

Dear Survey Police,
First, let me say that Survey Spot is one of my favorite survey companies and provides good surveys with appropriate compensation. However, they failed to credit me with a fully completed 2.00 survey. There was a technical problem after having completed the survey in its entirety; the error message stated there was a technical problem precluding the information from being stored. I emailed survey spot asking to receive the 2.00 credit and got an automated response that I had been entered in the drawing. I responded back twice more, following the directive to indicate "more help" in the subject line, and rather than getting a response from a customer service person who read the specifics of the complaint, I got the same automated response twice more. It is frustrating to spend 20-30 minutes on a survey and to get a lack of response on a fully completed survey. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I will hold off on contacting the BBB trusting that Survey Police will be able to work out the issue.

Hi, I have been a member at surveyspot for about 5 months now and have earned around 100 bucks. But today I go to sign into my account but it says it has been locked and my membership has been suspended. I dont know why but it says it has been locked and I cant sign in. There are a few other people in my apartment complex building who use surveyspot and some of us use a shared computer in our common area/library. But I have always done surveys right and I only have one account. I have emailed them and they havent responded. One other person in my complex said it happened to him too. So maybe they think all the addresses are the same

hello i am having a problem my account has been frozen because of myself being spamed in other email accounts through various companies trying to get me to join survey spot. i saw these emails never responded or never opened because i had already been a member. i noticed that i had not recieved any surveys in about a month i contacted them and they told me they had diffrent email addresses on file connected to my account. i told them i had never had any sign ups i have a designated email for surveys and i didnt have multiple accounts. i asked them to look into this that i had never taken another survey through any email address and that i do gpt sites that ask me to join i click no but still get the spam. i am getting the run around and keep on getting generic emails no one is looking into it or paying attention to what i am saying. i hope you guys can help me i have never signed up under any other email i have been with this company from the beginning.

At the end of a survey you get to spin the slot machine to win points or girft card. I won a circuit city gift card and didnt recieve it. I e-mailed them a number of times but to this day, I have never got a reply from them.
Case #: 514 Plaintiff: Stacie Submitted: June 23, 2008 Last Updated: June 27, 2008

My complaint, I have been with Surveyspot since December 2006. It was fine, I used to be able to log into my account and check things out. Since their "switch" in December of 2007, I have created 3 new accounts because they could never find my account. Since Jan. of this year I have written them 4 emails about this problem, and has as of yet recieved one dime from them, and now, it has totalled up to $166. This is since the time I joined.

I get an auto-reponse, which doesn't do me any good. You can't contact them other way except for email...

I have emailed this company 2 or 3 times about why I suddenly stopped receiving surveys from them and why the take a survey link is missing on their homepage. I have not received any replies or answers. It's as if there is a freeze on my account or something has happened "error-wise" on their end. I would really like some help with this problem, if you could. I am really concerned that if this isn't corrected that my huge number of rewards that I have been payed for from taking there many surveys will not be credited to my account. Could you help?
Sincerely,
C.Turner
Case #: 370 Plaintiff: Maurice Submitted: March 28, 2008 Last Updated: April 03, 2008
I never received an email to activate my password with, and hence can't login to my account to really do anything. I have emailed the company multiple times regarding this and have never received a reply from them. I do however receive their surveys, so I doubt it to be a blocked email type of problem.

I have written to SurveySpot three times since the first of the year regarding why my account seems to be frozen and have had no response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

On September 13, 2007 a "***" survey was successfully completed." Survey number ***. The reward for this survey was $***. I have e-mailed survey spot three times: with no reply. My last e-mail from 12/27 also included another question about survey number *** from 10/7/07 with a $***, which I have not received a reward for either. Prior to these two non replies, I have been happy with Survey spot, and in the past, had received a reply to my inquiries if a reward was missing.

Case #: 41 Plaintiff: Linda Submitted: August 08, 2007 Last Updated: August 22, 2007
I completed this survey today. See email below. After spending 21 minutes on it, I filled out the very last field and it said that I was not eligible for the survey and that I would not be paid. I did literally 40 screens or more of answers and then somehow failed to qualify on the last screen? I actually timed myself to make sure I exceeded the 20 minutes. When I try to reply to the website, it says that the account cannot recieve email. 8/8/2007

Details of today's survey:

Reward: If you qualify and complete this survey, you'll receive $3. In addition, you can play the new SurveySpot Instant Win game and be entered into our $25,000 sweepstakes.

Survey length: About 25 minutes. Please note that if you complete this survey in less than 20 minutes you will not be eligible for the reward.

I completed an IT survey on May 31st and was to be paid $5. I have contacted them with the details of the survey (that I can recall) 3 times now and they tell me I did not complete it. I have done enough surveys to know if I complete them or not.
