Survey Details

Recently Survey Spot, as well as Opinion Outpost reduced the number of points awarded for most surveys, with no explanation. What was 75 points now is generally 12 or 25 points. Going to cancel account.

CAUTION! Enter at your own risk. Had a account with Survey Spot for a couple of years. In the beginning not too many problems. Lately they began freezing accounts with no explanation. Survey Spot owes me a pay out. Now that my account is frozen I cannot make a claim. Sent several e-mails. They claim they will get back to me in 72 hours. 72 hours has now turned into a week.After 3 weeks of my account be frozen, they finally unfroze my account. I was able to cash out. After cashing out I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, SICK OF SURVEY SPOT. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES. Survey Spot has stop taking phone calls, (Consumer Service). Read the other reviews with Survey Spot freezing accounts . Freezing accounts in time of pay out has become common practice with Survey Spot. "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME".

I like these guys and will do surveys for them as long as they will let me. They have one downfall but I got over it a while ago and that is that they are one of the Survey Sampling International companies and it seems as though if you get surveys from one of their companies in a day you get surveys from all of them. in other words... for every survey I get it seems like I get 4 because I receive them from all their sites. But thats okay... keep em coming :-)

I like survey spot but when I get an email from them it's say 15 mins get 210 pts I click and on their website it's 30 mins for 75 pts.10 bonus pts because I'm a valued something or another also enough with the cash draw entries I'd like my entries to be given as pts towards Rewards.
