Synovate Active Complaints

I have been trying for over a year to check my points with Synovate. I always get a message that I don't have a correct password. When I contact the company, they tell me to reset my password to "". No password is between the quotation marks. This happens over and over and over. They don't have an actual person responding to me, just an automated email and it's the same one everytime. I would call them, but don't know their number. I've been with this company for years and never had problems before the last 18 months. I have no idea how I stand with them, as I can't check my points without a valid password and every word I try is invalid, according to them. Thanks, xxxx
Fairly recently Synovate changed to user names and passwords to sign in to see how many reward points one has accumulated. Unfortunatly my user name/password is not being recognized by Synovate. I have tried to e mail and explain the problem and the person(s) replying keep telling me to just sign in with my user name and password. I keep telling them my user name and password do not work and they continue to e mail me advising me to just sign in using my user name and password, etc. etc. etc. etc. Cannot even see how many points I have accumulated or claim any rewards because of this glitch and the company's inability to provide my user name and password.
I forgot the password for this account. I would like to reset my password and have been trying to do that for 3 MONTHS. I just want to log into my account and have sent MARIE multiple emails but get no results. CAN YOU HELP?
