Case #: 297 Plaintiff: Pat Submitted: February 15, 2008 Last Updated: March 21, 2008
I requested to cashout the money in my account ($**) in October '07 from ** / Synovate. On January 10th, Synovate sent me an email with apologizing for the check not being sent and I would be receiving it by the end of January.

I contacted them via email-January 25th stating I had not received the check. On January 26th, I received an email that the check had been processed and sent. I would be receiving the check within 2 weeks. I still have not received my check.

Several times I have attempted to contact Synovate this week -I've received emails to contact them using my current email address.(?) However, I still continud to receive surveys at that email address and their replies.

Two days ago, I logged on to Synovate changed my email address and again requested the status of my check. I received an email confirming the change but no response regarding the status of my check.

I would appreciate if you could help find the status of my check.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist received payment cheque. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
Case #: 260 Plaintiff: LINDA Submitted: January 28, 2008 Last Updated: May 01, 2008
I took a combination phone/computer survey for Synovate, in November, 2007. In December, I received a postcard saying to click a link to verify completion, and my $** check would be mailed to me within 7-10 days. I've called Synovate, and spoken with customer service as recently as January 16,2008, and was told that a check was cut for me by ** at the company. However, there hasn't been a check received. Even though mail service can sometimes be "slow", I don't think it's THAT SLOW!
Resolution Outcome
Panelist successfully recieved promised incentive. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
Case #: 203 Plaintiff: Lori Submitted: December 26, 2007 Last Updated: January 19, 2008
On November 4, 2007 I cashed out 25,000 points for a $25 check. It is now 7 weeks later and my check still is listed as "pending". I have emailed them several times to ask when my check will be mailed out and I get no response.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist has received their reward. This case has been successfully resolved and closed.
Case #: 198 Plaintiff: Mimi Submitted: December 21, 2007 Last Updated: January 16, 2008
My name is ***. The info in "my rewards" says that a check for the redemption of my *** points was processed 10/26/2007 and subsequently mailed. I've never received a check from Synovate. Now, "my rewards" says that a second check for another *** points is pending since 11/15/2007. Per the instructions on the Synovate site, I've sent several emails, regarding these checks, to *** to which I've not received any response at all.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist successfully received payment in full. This case has been fully resolved and closed.

Case #: 11 Plaintiff: Shari Submitted: July 09, 2007 Last Updated: July 28, 2007
Synovate has become Global Opinion Panels, so I'm not sure which entity to "officially" complain about. However, my contact person has been xxx, hence I chose Synovate from your pull-down menu. I've been having some SERIOUS technical problems with Synovate/Global Opinion Panels, and wrote to xxx on June 19 and again on June 29. I NEVER got an answer. But that's not all I did...

I also tried calling the 206-236-5971 phone number listed on the Survey Police profile page for Synovate, but it just rings and rings with NO answer and no voicemail. I'm very frustrated with them! I hope you don't mind, but I'm pasting a copy, below, of the most recent email I sent to xxx, in which I explained my technical troubles and asked for help. This email should give you ALL the info you need, but please feel free to contact me if you need anything else. :) Thanks so much! And now, please scroll down...
