Been part of TalkToChange since late 2006, which was when they were called InSites. I used to regularly and quite faithfully take their surveys when they eMailed them to me. However, I have since fallen out with them big time after I participated in a survey/study via text (SMS) message on my phone in mid-2011 and, despite having paid the extra (i.e.: more than the standard rate of a text here in the UK) to send them multiple replies, including one message with my eMail address as asked for them to send me my incentive, they still have not done so. When I contacted them about this via eMail, I never even received a reply! Totally disappointing, as I used to think quite highly of this company!
