In the past 2 months, I have completed 6 surveys sent over by TechSay which originated from SurveyRouter. Even though I completed these surveys, TechSay has yet to credit me for them. I have contacted TechSay each time this has occured and nothing has been done. This situation has been so bad that TechSay has sent me the say survey more than once, which I was able to complete, but not get credited for. I have contacted TechSay and GTM and I have yet to receive a satisfactory response.

I would appreciate if this can be resolved

I just took the survey below and completed the entire thing and did not get a confirmation page at the end. I have e-mailed this company in the past and never get an answer. I would like my 200 points for completing the survey below:
