Testspin Resolved Complaints

I have taken and completed several surveys from test spin that have not shown up in my payments. I have emailed asking for assistance with no help what so ever, I basically get the "sucks to be you" response despite providing times, dates, and extensive info regarding each survey.
Every time this survey site sends me a survey, I am never allowed to complete the survey. They retrieve info from me - that is important to them, I know - then they tell me I do not qualify for the survey.
