I Signed Up And When I Tried To Login It Said "No Record Of That Email In Our System."Tried To Contact Them,Got No Answer.Tried To Sign Up Again And It Said "That Email Is Already In Our System."So I Would Close My Account But Have i Have No Idea How.

I've been a member of this site for a long time also. Have cashed out several times ok. Lately, my itcoins just are not adding up. Have tons that say they are pending, like over 100 pages worth! Most are just 1 coin. I wish they would get put into my account soon, so I can cash out and close my account. I took Deb's advise and reported them to the BBB. They can't even get a response! I'm still patiently waiting.

I have been a member of Testspin for several years, and it was okay in the beginning. I had some issues getting credit for completed surveys, and did not qualify for many, but I was at least able to contact CS and get a response. I had no issues when it was time to cashout though, and that was great. FF to the change to itcoin, and it went from good to a pain. I managed to cashout once for an Amazon GC, which is what I always cashed out. I don't remember why, but my fist attempt was rejected, so I had to contact them to get my little $10. This was 7/2014. I now have $20 available, and around $10 pending(takes forever for the points to convert) and all I get is the same message, Amazon is unavailable right now. I have contacted itcoin and testspin at every email address I can find, even tried their unused FB page, and cannot get a response. I have been trying to over 6 months. Their CS has gone down the toilet. The itcoin site still has the amazon option, so I don't know what their problem is. I just want to cashout and delete my account, their payouts have decreased also, sometimes i get invites for 2 cent surveys.

I hope this helps someone else, and if anyone has a legit email that they reply to please let me know.

I've been a member of this site for a lot of years and have cashed out successfully in the past. However these days it's changed and I rarely qualify for any of their surveys anymore. Today I managed to cash out $10, which took me literally a couple of years to accumulate. Once I receive my payment I am going to quit this site, it's just not worth my time anymore trying to answer the surveys they flood my email with but never qualify for. I've had enough of this site.

I have been a member of this panel for a number of years and used to qualify for a lot more of their surveys than I do now. It has become increasingly discouraging and pointless to stay with this panel due to receiving numerous survey invitations but not qualifying for any of them. More importantly, I had earned "itcoins" from them (whatever those are); but the last time I checked my account, it said I had NO earnings. I emailed support three times and have never received a response. (They have responded to me in the past). I would like to quit this useless, pointless waste of a time survey site, but I would first like to redeem the earnings that I know I earned. I don't what happened to my earnings and I don't know why no one in support is responding to my emails.
