Website closed and no warning, thousands of points lost, no response from this survey site......They owe it's panelists their points, how much have they made on completed unpaid surveys?

I've been a member for many years on and off. Off as I was fed up in taking their 'little' polls for nothing (at that time only prize draws, never won for years) and I told them, and asked to unsubscribe me.
They re-contacted me email letting me know that finally they were putting in place a points system with rewards, so I started again.
First, the catalogue did not have a single voucher, and after redeemed a memory key I thought their gifts were really bad!!
I contacted them twice using their online form asking if gift cards would be added but never had a reply.
The problem with their points sys is that you cannot keep track.
- You don't have a poll number, heading are pictures (so cannot be copied cut/paste);
- headings for polls is often different from the one used in your points statement;
- points are rewarded either straight after or a week later, so impossible to keep track, which feels not really very serious.
Rather than these 'enormous big prize-draws', what about smaller ones and better rewards for those who regularly fill their polls, a better reward catalogue!
Every so often one of their poll is too long and it is a short real survey, which works out to be very poorly rewarded.
I finally decided it was not worth my time and effort, did not like their lack of a reply and that I cannot keep track of polls completed, let alone their poor reward catalogue. However, if you are bored watching TV... it may be fun.

I like this company, the surveys are short and always fun. They send the rewards and although they aren't worth much there is a good and fair selection.
