As said in the title there are many surveys which is a dream coming true but the screen outs are also more, sometimes you complete the entire survey, still you are screened out which is disheartening.

Where Do I Start

Pros and Cons about Univox. Firstly I am a long time member.
Pros yes you eventually get PAID, well i do, Sometimes there maybe an issue with the redemption but perseverance is the only way that you will get it. But there are members that have not been Paid even after they have sent in multiple tickets, commented on the Forum to no avail.
Cons. Motto "looking to serve you better". Well Support DO NOT read tickets and just use copy and paste messages and just assume what the ticket is about. Favourite response "Client Drop Out". How can "Client Drop Out "be the fault of the member , it is the fault of Univox and their client why their system does not redirect back to dashboard for points.
Survey quality is very poor says it will take 10 minutes, add another 5- 10 minutes on top. Now the points have dropped into the 30s.
Yes there is a google and apple app but not all surveys can be done on these, as the app does not rotate into landscape mode and some surveys ask for this.
Looping surveys is another problem. DQ points is a scarcity.

Now there is a Wall of Fame a competition where you attempt and complete surveys and are awarded comp points . This Wall is rigged.

Forum a PRO of Univox where you can communicate with other members. But DO NOT view your opinion here as the comment will be deleted. Members are just posting the truth and advising new members of all the problems associated with this survey site.

Update : Waiting on 2 tickets to be replied . Support is deliberately ignoring these tickets. As they keep replying to old tickets and are responding with different copy and paste messages.
The two tickets in question one is questioning their Wall of Fame and telling them that their winners list is full of bogus names.Second ticket is that their counter on the Wall can not count complete surveys correctly.
