Ripoff

March 21, 2023 by Robin from United States

I too kept getting long into a survey just to be told I didn't qualify or there would be some sort of error and never get credit for the time I put into. I had noticed they hadn't sent me invites for a while so I tried to log in to check my points, but it wouldn't let me log in. I inquired and got this reply which is totally not true. I always am honest and work hard at any survey I take.

We have determined based on your participation in our panel that you have done one of the following, forfeiting your participation with our community:
Provided false profile information
Misused our Refer a friend campaign or other available promotions
Did not provide honest survey responses
Used foul language in communication
Engaged in any other offensive behavior
All points awarded and redemption requests have been voided at this time.
Thanks,
Morgan | Team Univox Helpdesk

Don't waste your time with this horrible company. They are liars and take your time and money earned. They shouldn't be allowed to conduct business.

not a reputable company anymore

February 12, 2023 by Sandy from United States

BEWARE!! This company lets you take long surveys to the end and then tells you that you don't qualify and give you 1 pt. for your efforts. I unsubscribed but want to warn others that this company is one you may want to AVOID!!!!!

Univox is not reliable

January 21, 2023 by Elsa Geraldina from The Netherlands

I have been an ambassador member of Univox for more than a year, I had not had any problem until this past Monday when they blocked my account, without giving me a specific reason. I am very disappointed as I thought Univox was reliable. I had accumulated 26,000 points that I wanted to change and to my surprise, after having blocked my account I lost my points, they have stolen money that I had accumulated after filling out so many surveys for months. Please be careful and don't trust Univox, it's really a waste of valuable time.

Does Not Pay

August 24, 2022 by Mary from United States

Do NOT do business with this company. When they were Safecount they disappeared without paying me. They show back up as Univox. I decided to try them anyway. I must have been close to cash out and then I cannot access my account. They said they had no surveys for my area, so they closed my account. They said they would look into it. Not a word on reinstating my account or paying me what they owe. That was in 2018.They eventually put my points back, over $25.00 so I thought I would give them another chance. On 1-31-22 I got surveys from them. When I tried to access it, I could not log in. I wrote them & asked what the problem was. I got the usual BS form letter & asked me to be patient. I then forgot about it for a while. I received no new surveys to kind of jog my memory. On May 8th, 2022, I tried again, same thing, I could not log in. Wrote them again, got the same BS form reply. Then on May 10th I received an email telling me I had violated one of their rules. Of course, I know I didn't. I belong to a lot of survey panels. If I run across a question I don't want to answer and I can't pass that page, I will exit out of the survey. I don't lie. I don't need the 50 cents that bad. If this company can't fix this, I'm going to post this everywhere I can. Maybe they should start blasting the Schlesinger Group, they operate Univox. There should be someone held accountable when people take the time to surveys and finally make enough to cash out, they make up some type of bogus excuse to drop you. I'm tired of how many people get screwed like this by these types of companies The BBB should be involved in every one of these companies and the ones without the BBB accreditation, they should not be allowed to operate.

went down

August 17, 2022 by Vlad from United States

It was one of my favorite panels. It offered short surveys for small rewards and longer ones for longer ones. The disqualification took place at the beginning. Then, a couple of years ago, gradually, reimbursement started decrease. Then, the disqualifying process had moved to the end of the survey, so you had wasted your time more. The phone number just accepts messages, but no responds and e-mail responses became seldom and mostly by template. Then, every survey started to ask same questions for the first 5-10 mins., following by the survey, then often a disqualifying note. At least you would end up with 3 points. Then, Sample Cube started to route completed survey to the next page of ...a new survey, without giving you any points.
