Without any warning I have been blocked from undertaking surveys on the above account.

At no time did you tell me why.

You simply blocked my account and when I emailed for a reason I got a standard reply back listing all the possible reasons.

No specifics were given.

On the 02/06/2009 I was sent an invitation to take part in a Sky Tv Diary survey to which I would be paid £12.50 upon completion. I had to complete a diary for 6 or 7 days on the tv i watched that week and then a 30 minute survey in order to receive my reward. I started my diary the day they gave me and filled it in everyday without fail. The last day I was to complete in order to gain my reward I logged in to fill in my tv activity only to be greeted with a message stating I had no days left to complete. I contacted them about this and now they are saying that becuase I didn't fill in the diary for that day I am not entitled to my reward.

I requested from Valued Opinions over 3 months ago, to cash out my balance for a $20.00 Visa Gift Card, and I am still waiting.
I would like the Visa $20.00 Gift Card
and I recently also requested the remaining balance of $20.00 on a second card. Let's see if I get them both by the end of the year.

They refuse to discuss a £1 fee for a Transport survey done on 23rd April 2009. Despite numerous emails nothing has been sorted - in fact they just ignore the emails.

Like a previous poster, in January I agreed to download a software for Nielson's Netratings on behalf of Valued Opinions, for a $7.50 credit for the initial download, and an additional $7.50 credit every 3 months later that the software transmits. I was supposed to receive my first payment after the first initial 3 months, in the sum of $15.00. It is now May, and my account has not been credited, although the software is still installed and running on my computer. I have contacted Valued Opinions reguarding this situation SEVERAL times and have yet to get a reply back to me from ANY of the e-mails sent. I am hoping one way or another to get this issue resolved. Thank you!

On Jan. 9th of 2009, I took a survey to join Neilsen's NetRatings Panel for $0.01. I was accepted into it and allowed Neilsen's software to record my families internet activity for three months. The agreement was that after allowing the software to record and transmit for three months, my Valued Opinions account would be credited with $7.50 signup payment and $7.50 for allowing Neilsen's software to record and transmit. Three months has come and gone. The $7.50 plus $7.50 was not credited to my Valued Opinions account. Customer Service has not responded to my inquiry.

Hello,

On March 28, 2009 I attempted to log in to my Valued Opinion account, and it told me my username/password was not recognized. I verified everything was correct and tried again, but received the same message. I then clicked the forgotten password link, and it told me my email address was "not found in our members database"

I have been a member of Valued Opinions for over two years. It seems they have deleted my account for whatever reason. I had about $25 worth of surveys that I had done but not been paid for yet. I contacted them on the following Monday and received a canned response. I emailed them back telling them everything was correct, but have not yet received a response.

I would appreciate it if you would contact them on my behalf to try to understand what happened. After reading some other messages on your website, this has definitely happened to others. I am concerned that they seemed to have deleted my account, but feel really cheated they have also basically stolen the incentives I should have received for surveys that I have already taken.

Thank you very much!

Completed the 2nd survey for this company sent to my e-mail address about 3-4 days ago. When I then tried to log into my account or member page, similar to what I've seen in other complaints on this company, couldnt log in with some statement like 'e-mail address not on file' (when it obviously is, as they're sending me surveys at that e-mail address and it's the one I signed up with). I e-mailed then for help and got one e-mail back saying maybe I needed to reset something on my computer or some such (which was not the case). I've sent 2 more e-mails since that time which have been ignored.
