I have been a member since early 2011 and according to my records I have cashed out a considerable amount from them; they are second when looking at my total cashouts over the years, which isn't too bad considering!

They send LOTS of surveys on a daily basis, and also some quick poll ones that can help find you more. The only problem I've had, and quite recently, is that they send surveys that have gone out of date the month before, or I'm clicking through a newly received email only to find it 'has had the required number of respondents' and I can't do it - suggests there is some sort of delay there, but with how many they send it wouldn't surprise me if they're a little overloaded by other companies wanting them to host them.

The reason for the 4* instead of higher is because they've recently introduced a fee on their rewards - which are only vouchers by the way, they don't do PayPal or BACS - so if you want to redeem a £10 voucher it costs you £10.50. Likewise, if you end up with say £30 total and want to redeem 3 x £10 vouchers, it ends up costing £31.50 total. Bit annoying when you think of how much you lose over the space of a year if you're lucky enough to redeem a lot, but their surveys are so frequent and the rewards can be quite good for some of them you probably won't be too bothered - even with the fees added in the last year, they're still one of the highest paying I've joined.

Pretty quick to cash out, not a ton of options.

They don't offer a lot of cash out options, but it's pretty easy to get to $25 ($20 is cash out threshold) but I like to get to $25 cause I get a VIsa Gift card, I'm averaging two visa cards a month!

Used to be fine, pretty much rubbish now

February 7, 2015 by Jon from United Kingdom

They were a really good site for a time but now, no. Will happily allow you to complete most of a survey before telling you they have enough responses so you will probably be wasting up to 20 minutes per survey. I suspect that they now have so many users by now that getting into a survey is increasingly rare and actually being paid for it even rarer. The site is frequently slow and unresponsive. They're windows-centric so expect issues if you use anything else. Overall I'd avoid now and as soon as I can cash in what I've got in the bank already I'll be cancelling my account.

Gone downhill recently

January 28, 2015 by Mick from United Kingdom

Used to be my favourite, but recently they've adopted the habit of frequently letting me complete up to 80% of a lengthy survey before telling me they've filled their quota or I don't qualify. They still send out the same number of invites but it now takes 6 months to earn £30 when it used to take 3 months.
To redeem a £10 voucher now costs you £10.50 This is sent via email and it is up to me to print out the voucher if I choose. So they are now saving money on postage, printing etc but are charging me for the privilege of obtaining my earnings. A rip off if ever there was one.
They should realise that disrespecting their customers is likely to produce inaccurate and unreliable survey results.
