Vindale Research Unresolved Complaints

I have done 4 surveys of Vindale Research. I got credits from 3 of them. But I din't get credit from this one. I have sent them all the proofs that I have done everything about the all parts of survey according to their instruction. I have done at least three surveys before and without problem. This is the fourth time I did it, and even I did it twice, but with no credit as they said. This is the problem of their computer system. The information and documents proof their computer system had problem. They should check their problem as soon as possible, improve it and get the credit from me again rather than verify my proofs.
According to their regulation, it will take 3-6 weeks to process. Now it has been almost 16 weeks. I got no answer or response and credit added to my credit. After searching my ticket of this case on their website, I found this case has been closed.
