The NPD Group, founded in 1967, provides market information and advisory services to help companies make better business decisions. They conduct more than 12 million surveys a year on topics such as electronics, mobile, sports, toys, apparel, accessories, beauty and more.

The More You Participate, the More Points You Get

VIP Voice offers a tiered rewards program that spans 5 different levels. The more surveys you complete, the higher you move up in levels, and the more points you will earn. In addition, your reward level determines the prizes you are able to try to win through SweepLand.

For each survey you complete, you will earn points. The number of points you receive will depend on your current reward level as well as whether or not you qualify to complete a survey.

Try Your Luck in Sweepland

SweepLand is a sweepstakes program where your points can be entered into sweepstakes for a variety of different prizes. Winners are chosen at random. Each point you use in the sweepstakes is considered an entry, so the more points you put into the draw, the better your chances of winning a prize. Prizes have high values and are for things like HDTV's, $5000 cash, trips to tropical destinations, etc.

Bidland Discontinued in 2020

BidLand was an auction-style program where you could use your points to bid on various items. The highest bidder at the end of the auction would win the prize and had their points deducted from their account. If you did not win the prize, your points were returned to your account. VIP Voice e-mailed their membership base in May 2020 to inform them that, 'due to the challenging economic climate caused by the COVID-19 pandemic...[they were] terminating the BidLand Program and auction site, effective May 12, 2020'. To counteract this, they also stated that they would increase the amount of prizes available on SweepLand.

Survey Point Values

Each VIP Voice point is worth one sweepstakes entry or one auction bid. You can use as many or as little points as you'd like to enter the SweepLand sweepstakes.

VIP Participation Points

If you successfully complete a survey, you will earn VIP Participation Points. Level 1 members will earn 25 points for completing a survey while level 5 members earn 200 points.

VIP Qualification Points

If you attempt to complete a survey but do not qualify, you will earn VIP Qualification Points. Level 1 members will earn 50 points for being disqualified, while level 5 members earn 550!

Exclusive Discounts and Special Offers

US members of VIP Voice have access to exclusive discounts and special offers from a variety of different businesses. These exclusive member discounts do not require any points to use.

Special Opportunities and Contests

On occasion, VIP Voice offers special contests and sweepstakes opportunities to their members. One such opportunity is Pigskin Pick-em where you can win cash prizes every week during the football season!

I've been a member of VIP Voice for two or three months now and I'm very disappointed. It's easy to earn points, but very hard to get any prizes with them. When I signed up, I was under the impression that you could purchase rewards with your points, but in reality, you can either enter Sweepstakes (which I never tried) or bid on items in an auction. I almost won and iPod Shuffle one time, but they claimed someone else outbid me at the last second. I highly doubt this as I had been refreshing the page literally every couple seconds and the auction ended saying that I had been the highest bidder. I wasn't given a prize though. That was annoying, but it's gotten worse. Most of the prizes are available only to those at a certain level - the more surveys you complete, the higher the level you reach. The problem is, somehow everyone else on whatever level I happen to be at seems to have tens of thousands more points than I do, even thought they're on the same level. So I never have any chance at all to win an auction. After reading more reviews on this website about VIP Voice, I think I'll delete my account and save myself a bunch of time.

I get emails all the time from companies promising me the moon to join their survey things..I come to you guys to see if i should waste my time. From the looks of VIP..i will pass. One lady on for 12 yrs and only won ONE Magazine Sub....Sheeezz....Yeah I will pass. Thank you all for your input...Your wasted time is saving others time so don't think it was all in vain......(that was not meant to be mean, just grateful.) Thank you

At first I thought I was really going to enjoy the VIP Voice survey site. They send some great surveys that are reasonably timed, about 15-20 minutes but for all the surveys you do...............you GET NOTHING but points to "BID" on your "COMPENSATION" with the worst prizes EVER. You get locked into a level, the highest being level 5 meaning you take all the surveys but can only "BID" on level 5 junk, the only thing worth bidding on are 2 gift cards at either $25 or $10 and good luck getting em because every other level 5 is trying to get paid for all the survey's we've taken! This is such a disappointment and they NEVER, NEVER update the bidding items, they range from a whopping $25 gift card down to much crappier .01 penny items such as "magazines, cup cooler, stylus pen and more well, VIP left-overs. They also promise an additional 10000 points for every month you take the "free surveys" you are doing for them. Other than the "Daily Digest" offer they run, I won't be taking another single survey with this rip-off company. Unless you plan on taking surveys on your own time and for free for VIP Voice to make money on you, I would steer clear of this "fake compensation package" survey company who again, doesn't compensate you but makes you "bid" or put your points in a sweepstakes to get paid for all you've done. Sorry VIP Voice, cut the crap and compensate your surveyors! This could be a great one but not until they start paying up!

I have been a member for well over 10 years. I have won nothing, even though I enter every possible drawing. The greatest come on is "Keep taking surveys to stay at level 5." Since I am 71, I wonder if there is age discrimination? 8 out of the last 10 surveys say "There are no surveys available that meet your criteria." Why even email a person for a survey attempt if that person does not fit the profile? Would recommend this Survey site to NO ONE.
