Web Perspectives Resolved Complaints
(only complaints screened for sensitive information are shown)
Hi! I'm hoping this can add to the list of people whom I am sure have found the so called 400,000 members of Web Perspectives who probably don't want to be members or recieve their scam emails.
I have repeatedly tried to unsubcribe myself from the distribution list over the past 2 weeks to no avail. The email address I wish to have removed is xxxx.xxxxx@xxxxxx.net
Thank you,
ST

I completed a survey on 5thMay 2008. $3 reward was offered and I opted for pay pal payment. I received a confirmation mail from them that my responses have been received and I'll be rewarded in 3-4 weeks The confirmation number was: Participation Confirmation XXXXXX.
It's been more than 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting for my payment.

I've completed a couple of surveys for which they promised a cash reward credited to my pay pal. It's been more than a month and I keep mailing their contact person but no one ever replied.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist received payment the following day after complaint was submitted. This case has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
Survey confirmation #8178 dated Aug. 1/07, #07536 dated Sept. 5, and #8288 dated Sept. 18. None of these completed surveys have been paid for, even though the confirmation letter states that they will be credited to my paypal account in 3-4 weeks. I have sent many inquiries about payment to the listed address for jwhite@webperspectives.ca with no reply. They offer very attractive incentives, but then they can, when they don't actually pay them.
Resolution Outcome
Panelist received survey incentive reward in full. This complaint has been successfully resolved and has been closed.
