Web Perspectives is the Canadian focused survey panel, sister site to the American panel, Valued Opinions, which is operated by Dynata. The panel was started back in 2004 and has a member base of over 250,000 people. In 2018, the Web Perspectives website updated their look and feel with fresh colors and graphics, as they became a Dynata-run panel. If were already a member, your account information stayed the same through this transfer.

Participate in Exciting Research

As a member of Web Perspectives, you may be invited to any of the following research opportunities: online surveys, focus groups, diary studies, reviewing advertising campaigns and even testing new products.

Earn Points for Participating

Each time you complete an online survey, you will be rewarded with 100 - 500 points. Surveys vary in length and complexity, but usually take 15 - 20 minutes to complete. Points are deposited automatically into your account once you complete a survey. If you have participated in a dairy study or focus groups, points may take up to 6 weeks to be credited.

Redeem Towards Gift Vouchers

Once you collect 1,000 points (valued at $10), you may redeem towards your choice of gift voucher to a variety of top retailers. These include: Amazon.ca, Indigo, HBC, Starbucks, The Source and Cineplex. There is also the option to donate your points toward the Canadian Cancer Society or UNICEF and you'll even receive a tax receipt for your contribution!

Choose Air Miles

If you're a collector of Air Miles Reward Miles, you can choose to receive your reward in the form of Air Miles credited to your account. You will have to provide your Air Miles Collector number in order to receive your miles.

Web Perspectives offers a unique program which involves its more active members collecting "badges" for their level of participation. There are 5 levels that can be achieved with mini tasks that must be completed. The five levels are listed from lowest to highest.

I have been with this site for YEARS and now all of a sudden they suspended my account?

They told me they needed ID which they refused to take and then in the next e-mail, they decided that I apparently have some "violations" and suspended my account!

And then my cousin made an account and wasn't able to take surveys and THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO HER. A BRAND NEW ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED, FOR WHAT? WHEN SHE WASN'T ABLE TO TAKE ONE SURVEY.

This is very disappointing, I have been with them for years and now they do this crap to me. This survey site is a joke.

Don't do this one. Made me wait 72 hours and then told me I had multiple accounts. I asked what accounts. No reply.

I had accumulated $100 doing surveys for this company and they paid the money (apparently) to my Amazon.ca card but now my Amazon card has been disabled for "suspected fraudulent activity" and the $100 was returned to Web Perspectives and I am out the $100 I spent MANY, MANY hours earning. I have contacted them but have only received a "standard form reply" with a bunch of gibberish but nothing about getting paid. Terrible company for me so far. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Update: Web Perspectives have now fixed the problem I was having and I am a satisfied customer again.

For weeks now I have been trying to login to my account without success. They tell me because of new securities I have to reset my password. I have not been able to do so and always getting an error occurred.
Tried to contact them from their site with an email and it is always coming back to me as undeliverables

Really fast payouts upon request.
Not like other survey sites that keep you waiting, due to processing rules.
