We've been robbed

September 24, 2013 by mar from Canada

Count me in as another who spent valuable time well into surveys only to be told that I don't qualify. Like the others, customer service ignores my complaints.

Then, robbed of justifiably expected deposit to PayPal, it was removed without notice. AirMiles reward had a lesser
$ value. Nothing else offered is useful to me. I only go to Cineplex on half-price Tuesdays, even less with other discounts/coupons.

In my opinion, they have cheated their clients, and demoted themselves to being RIP OFF artists.

Where is Paypal?

September 10, 2013 by Kim from Canada

It's been months since they took Paypal away. I'm not doing surveys until they bring it back. I don't really care for the other incentives I only want Paypal. I hope they read the comments on here! I'd say chances of Paypal returning are slim to none. Bye Bye Webperspectives!

They removed PayPal

August 1, 2013 by Darryl from Canada

I would have rated them 5 stars, but a few months ago they removed PayPal or cheque as a payment option. Furthermore the interaction I had with customer service was less than acceptable. Thankfully there are other survey companies that value their members and reward them appropriately.

Gone down hill big time

June 22, 2013 by Thomas from Canada

This use to be one of my favorite survey sites but in the last several months they have really gone down hill with them canceling PayPal as a reward option without any real prior notice to it's members and they now only have movies pass's as the only reward that I might use or give away. I just completed a full 20 survey and as I was just about to to press the submit button I was notified by a pop up that stated I didn't not qualify and was rejected for no apparent reason, when I contact the Webperspectives customer support to ask them about this I was sent a reply email stating that they had reached enough responses and that their system is automated so unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it even though they understand my frustration but they can not reward me for the time spent to complete the survey. They also seem to take a long time to let you to be able to receive the redemption of the point in your account. I have 2000 points in my reward account with them and as soon as I'm able to redeem them I will be done with them because my time is better off being spent doing surveys with and for others that offer a better reward program and that also have more ethics than this ones does in regards to how they treat their members for their time.

Quitting until PayPal support returns

May 15, 2013 by Pat from Canada

I used to love this panel and would make, on average, $20/month with it. Now? Well, like others have stated, they no longer have PayPal support . . . which renders this panel useless since all other incentives, other than perhaps Chapters/Indigo gift cards, are god awful.

Unfortunately, I recently put a significant amount of time doing surveys to discover that, sh*t—PayPal support had been removed! Why hadn't they warned us of this?!

I refuse to use this panel until PayPal returns. If PayPal isn't to return, I'm quitting this panel for good.

If you're reading this, Web Perspectives: Please bring back PayPal. It's, to many, the only worthy incentive on your site.
