Time That I'll Never Get Back

April 5, 2013 by Calvin from Canada

I last claimed a PayPal reward on February 21 and received it on March 1. When I got credited with enough points to claim another incentive, I found that PayPal was no longer a choice. No announcement in advance, so I continued to do surveys, that it seems I will never receive payment for. Questions to them only get a, "We are looking into this and someone will get back to you" response. Nobody gets back.

Now what to do: Cash out what points I have using one of the remaining crappy reward choices? Send them a PayPal invoice?

Not that I would ever do this, but what if everyone who is pissed off with Web Perspectives were to continue to do their surveys, but enter bogus responses. What would their clients do if they heard this was happening? Hmmm.

Terrible!

March 22, 2013 by Michelle from Canada

Yes, it's true. After years of taking their surveys they decided to up and quit PayPal as a means of rewards without a word to anyone. Apparently our loyalty means nothing to them. Do not even waste your time writing to them, if they even bother to write you back it is a generic email that shows they have not even read nor answered any of your questions. This site is nothing but a big waste of time now so don't even bother.

DISAPPOINTED

March 20, 2013 by Lisa from Canada

I was perfectly satisfied with taking surveys and receiving rewards UNTIL they removed PAYPAL from their list of rewards WITHOUT NOTICE!!! I have tried to contact web perspectives OVER AND OVER without ANY REPLY. i'm not going to waste my time on surveys for a measly gift card that i can't even use! i'm very displeased and i have spent lots of time on surveys that i now cannot claim a reward for.

Gone downhill

March 20, 2013 by Darcy from Canada

I signed up with this company because they offered Paypal. I just found out that they removed the option to use Paypal without so much as a word to any panel members. Now all they offer is stupid gift cards and not very many options. I have attempted to contact them about it for the last month but I still haven't heard back. If you belong to them, I would cash out as quick as possible!

No More Paypal

March 12, 2013 by Angie from Canada

I signed up with this company because they seemed decent and they offered Paypal. It did take FOREVER to be credited for the surveys completed but at least you got paid. I just found out that they removed the option to use Paypal without so much as a word to any panel members. Now all they offer is stupid gift cards and not very many options. I contacted them about it but I still haven't heard back. I have a feeling they are quickly going downhill and I wouldn't waste my time on a survey company that has no respect for the input from their panel members.
