Account Deactivated for a long time member

May 23, 2018 by Chi Ming from Canada

The explanation of the deactivation is just an excuse as I have been doing the survey the same way for the past 10 years from this site. I have only one account and I answered the survey honestly and thoughtfully

If they received the repeated concern, as a normal corporation, they should issue warning to me especially 10 years is a long time period, but they choose to keep silence. Apparently, the "repeated reports of program inconsistencies" is just an excuse of not paying. I think the company is NOT earning enough money or running out of money, and now decide to suspend pile of members to increase the profit of the company.

Not doing survey from this site is fine with me, but using such an excuse to attack my personality and shirk responsibility is totally unacceptable.

Response from the company :
Unfortunately, we have received reports regarding the accuracy and attentiveness of your account activity and, upon review of your account, we have been forced to suspend your account.

As a member of our program you may only have one account, provide accurate profile information and survey responses. You must also be thoughtful and attentive in responding to our surveys. When we receive repeated concerns about any of these program rules we are obligated to take steps to investigate and unfortunately suspend accounts.

We do not take account suspension lightly and do so only when we receive repeated reports of program inconsistencies. At this time your account has been indefinitely suspended and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or claim rewards from our website.

Thank you for your understanding.

Fewer points for more work

April 9, 2018 by Jean from Canada

For a month now I have been screened out of most surveys after answering a dozen content questions - that is in addition to the demographic questions (age, location, income, etc). It does not seem fair to get nothing for nearly 10 minutes of filling out a survey. All the small surveys are also unavailable because they already have enough respondents by the time I get the invitation eMail. This month (May 2015) I only completed one survey for 200 points. Usually I would complete at least one a week. At least they still have gift certificates available instead of chances to win a prize.

Update April 2018
I still get screened out of about 4 out of every 5 surveys I attempt. At least now I usually get kicked out within 5 minutes of work. It would be less frustrating if WP gave you a small amount of points (like 25) to attempt a survey especially when it seems you have filled out more than half of a 300 point survey. Maybe they would work harder at sending you surveys you qualify for if it cost them a bit every time they send you a link to a survey you do not qualify for. P.S. I did complete and update my profile that contains HUNDREDS of questions.

Confused new customer

And this was my reply.....Is this a joke? I only have 1 account with you? I have only filled out 10 surveys. No more, as I never have an opportunity to go further as I am not what they are looking for. Super disappointing. If, you have had such concerns regarding my account no one has ever let me know? I only had this account for 8 days. I Have no idea what I did that was so wrong. That’s ok, there are other sites for sure! Yours, if given a survey will not be on my positive side. Thank you, Maggie

Great site to cash out quickly

December 6, 2017 by Frank from Canada

I've been a member for a few years now & this site is great to cash out quickly..most surveys range from $1-2 dollars...but you can get quite a few if you check into your account regularly..Good rewards from Amazon..Cineplex & more..1000 points to redeem on some items..any problems I've had in the last year with survey problems..not receiving points have been cleared up & added to my account anytime I've contacted them. Great site overall..

ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED ?

November 11, 2017 by Danielle from Canada

I have been using Web Perspectives for app. 2 years now. Suddenly, beginning of last month I was not able to access any surveys and cannot redeem any rewards.

For the last six weeks, once a week, I have been communicating with Web Perspectives via email to understand why. It seems that my account was DEACTIVATED. I do not know why and do not get straight answers other than ...we will investigate.

They have been investigating now for 6 weeks !
