I have been a memeber since 2004 and have faithfully completed thier surveys. In November of 2007 I finally reached the $** mark. I have not recieved my payment and all emails have gone unanswered. Thier FAQ's say payment will be mailed in a month. It's has been 3 months and still no payment. Any contact information or a way to get payment mailed would be greatly appreciated.
I have been taking surveys from this site since 2004. The payout minimum is $50.00. Since August of this year, everytime I take a survey, the payment is posted to my account. BUT, they drop off the oldest survey that I took. I have a spreadsheet that I have kept since the beginning. What this means is that my balance has not changed through the last three surveys I have taken. I suspect this is their way of making sure I never reach the $50 needed to cash out (I am at $40.55 according to them, $43.55 according to my spreadsheet.)
I have emailed them numerous times, and used the "contact" page on their website. No one ever responds, and my balance has not been corrected.
