I have never received my check from this company, they says processing time takes 6-8 weeks. I've contacted them several times because my check has been in pending status for 9 weeks

My username on Your2cents.com is ***. I did several surveys with this company and redeemed my cash twice and have never received the money. The website shows that it was sent 12/7/2007 to my correct address. I have a locking mailbox so there is no way it was lost or stolen. I have contacted these people several times and have never gotten a response.
Can you please help me?
