I redeemed Zoom points for 3 DVD's and so far have received only two. How do I contact this outfit to let them know and find out what happened to the third one?

They will not stop harassing me. I have filled out stop requests, replied and asked for it to cease. I am told I will be contacted in 5 days it never happens. The online tool said in 48 hours I would no longer receive anything. Its been weeks. I want to stop being harassed by them every day.

i have been a panel member for over 4 years, doing about 3-5 surveys a week. then about 1.5 months ago I was sent an email saying my account was inactive and would be deleted unless I followed a ceratain link to avoid this from happening. When I went to that link it said that it could not find my login information. I have written Zoompanel 3 times and they continue to say they are looking into the problem. I had close to 6000 points that most likely I will lose. Could you please help me with this problem and warn other members. Thanks you.

I moved out of the country and I tried to cash in my points for a reward to be sent to my aunt's house. The area I moved to zoompanel can't send my reward. I told them since I moved I wanted it sent some where else and they told me no. I said since they couldnt send it to where I wanted could they give me the points I had spent back they told me no. So now they are not sending me all the surveys.

I emailed zoom panel a week ago and I've never heard a response, so I thought I would try this route.

I took the following survey back in December and the successfully completed survey page said that I would receive my points later. This is the second survey I've taken where it said my points would be credited later(instead of immediately) and I still have not received points. It's very frustrating to spend 15-20 min on a survey and then not get the points for it. I would appreciate any help you could give on this subject. I've included a copy of the email for you.

I didn't get the reward i ordered. I redeemed my points on 12-08-07 for a (Order ***) *** dvd. what I received was someone elses order in an envelope with my name on it. the order #*** was on the recipt in the package. Package also included a "***" dvd. I have sent email through their website with no contact in return. I want the dvd i requested not this movie that was supposed to be for "***" in Great Britain.

I completed an interactive focus group session through *** for ZoomPanel on April 25, 2007 with a promised incentive of $**. I have tried to get ZoomPanel to pay for this completed project, but they keep putting it off or just giving me canned responses from someone of foreign origin, as the response bears no semblence of understanding and very little understanding of the English language. I have just received another invitation to do another interactive focus group session for ZoomPanel, but I would like them to pay me for this one before I do any more from them.

sent for a sandwich grill in april 2007 Zoom Panel said it was undeliverable and refuse to resend it nor will they recredit my points they say I need a alternate address or they won't send anything, this last statment was in Aug. of 2007 and they haven't, nor will they respond to any mail I've sent them about this since. I've been a survey rat for over 3 years now and have never had a problem recieving anything except from them.

I ordered a rice cooker with my zoom points back in August, and it never came. I think they shipped it Fed Ex, but the Fed Ex people wouldn't deliver it for some reason. Anyway, I emailed them and told them that I had not received the rice cooker, and that if they had shipped it Fed Ex, if they could please ship it UPS or USPS. No one ever got back to me and I still have not recieved my rice cooker or a points refund.
