i have been with zoom panel for almost two years.recently i am unable to log into my account.i have emailed supprot four times with no response.i had about 9000 points in my account.

I have redeemed my points 2 times now in the past few months for 10 free song downloads a piece and have never recieved the download information. They would always usually send it to me by the end of the next business day. I have e-mailed them several times and I don't ever get a response... just an auto response. These are my 2 redemption order numbers that I never recieved.... {{{ 2007-08-13 16:43:12 Order xxx: 10 Song Downloads! -1000 }}} & {{{ 2007-09-10 20:23:31 Order xxx: 10 Song Downloads! -1000 }}} .... There was one other time I redeemed for 10 song downloads and recieved it just fine a week or so ago. I'm to the point where I am just ingnoring survey invites from them completely.
