Hi, I joined Zoompanel like 10 years ago! If I am wrong, it is because I have been a member of so many survey companies for so long, it is hard to track. Anyways, I finally got enough points to cash out for two $25 gift cards. I believe I did this sometime in November of last year. I think they possibly had a wrong address because mine said I lived in Alberta, not British Columbia. I couldn't change it for some reason. Anyways, I contacted Zoompanel like three weeks ago & told them I haven't received my gift cards & told them my address. The lady told me it would be like two to three weeks. I waited...waited...Now it has been three weeks & I am getting frustrated! How do I get them to do via paypal? Let me know! Thanks! Or a phone number I can call?

I cashed in points in October 2014 for a $25.00 gift card. I have emailed many times and they always tell me I will receive with in 10 days but it never appears. The last time they told me they were making the card worth $30.00 for my inconvenience, it would arrive within 10 days, 12 days and counting and now it's four month later.
Wanted to update this review and say that they finally paid me through paypal. I was suppose to get $ 25.00 but they gave me $35.00 US for all my inconvenience. Said they were having some difficulties with payments.

This survey company has slipped to the bottom of the list. After being "unqualified" for dozens of surveys, I asked to redeem my accumulated reward points. The points, 2500 were deducted on Dec 1st. My $25 Amazon gift card was to arrive before Dec 30th, according to my account with Zoom.
I am still waiting! I will no longer answer surveys from this company. There are too many more trustworthy companies out there.

Only offers $25 amazon giftcard which is alright but I like cash better
