I cashed out my rewards on 12/1/14 for 4 Amazon gift cards and to date 1/17/15 still haven't received them and get no response from their email. I've emailed them 4 times and still nothing. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!

I was surprised to see such a bad review for Zoom Panel. They have really improved this year. I can guarantee a $25 reward every month. You can qualify for most of their surveys and even if you don't you still get points.

10 months ago when I joined it was worth it, I made $30. But since September, I did not qualify for a single survey. Now it is no good, I'll dump it

This survey site is terrible, you do all different types of things , to get your points and they don't credit you at all. take my advice you don't want to sign up with this site, RUN.
