20/20 Panel is an online survey panel which has been conducting online surveys since 1986. 20/20 Research conducts online surveys as well as real time focus groups in an online chatroom environment. They compensate their panel members with cash rewards in exchange for their survey or focus group participation.

Earn Points for Your Opinion

Taking quick surveys on the 20/20 panel will allow you to accrue points to redeem gift cards. You can even earn gift cards for participating in online discussions, chats, and web meetings. Surveys are usually short, but online discussions can take up to 90 minutes to complete.

Signing up is as easy as filling out an online profile. The more information you can provide, the more likely you will be matched with surveys or discussion-based studies.

Types of Studies

20/20 Panel offers a variety of studies that offer points as well as cash rewards:

• Surveys only
• Surveys + online chat interviews
• Online discussions
• Online web cam discussions
• In-person studies (you must be in Nashville TN, Charlotte NC or Miami FL to participate in in-person panels)

Redeem Your Rewards

You can begin to redeem your rewards from surveys once you reach 500 points ($5.00). Discussion-based studies have incentives that range from $50-$300 should you qualify or choose to participate. The cash for discussion based studies comes in the form of a virtual or physical gift card. You decide which you would prefer to receive, which may take 7-10 business days to process.

Time consuming to the max!, Redundant information requested and product questions asked. They didn't even change the language of the questions so you would recognize that you hadn't answered them before. Many tasks were required that are outside the norm. For instance, they will pay for UPS to deliver what they want you to have, but won't have a ups or fedex or the postal service pick up the things they want returned. They leave it to you to traipse around your city or county to drop them off. I pity the companies that use these people to test their products, I pity more those that are willing to do the testing and expect reasonable compensation and an experience that is fun and doesn't kill a ton of time. Just delete their email!

I have been with this survey panel for quite a few years and have never qualified for a survey yet. Not once. What a disappointment! Don't waste your time.

I have had 2 qualifications in 1 year. Have been told they do not like to select the same people w/in 7 months of their last participation. Questions are lengthy and repetitive so plan on that, but the two I have taken paid about $25 per hour. That's good spending money for me and I put forth my best effort so that I may qualify again. Took 2 weeks for the first survey to pay and I just finished the second so I can't say on that one how long it will take. My suggestion on payment is to request a physical card when you get the chance because trying to use the online credit card code with the leftovers, say you have $6.42, is hard to find something to spend it on with shipping and all. You deserve to be able to spend the entire amount of what you earned. I read reviews saying they call you once and that may be true but fortunately I was home both times and both times they called me within 20 minutes of clicking "submit" to the survey. Keep trying!

I've been part of this survey panel for over 6 years. I have unfortunately, never qualified for a single survey, but taken every pre-screener thrown my way. I recently started receiving spam at an email address I never give out and realized the pre-screener was the only place new I'd give out my email. I tested creating a brand new email and providing that for the pre-screener and sure enough, I get survey spam from companies I never opted in with. They arent opportunities, they are deliberate spam emails. I've come to the conclusion that whether or not you are accepted, their partners they do business with harvest your email address and add you to bulk email lists. I have since unsubscribed from their shady business practices. Don't sign up with these folks using an important email address.
