I have been a member of acop for years. Before they merged with home testing institute, and whatever the other survey site was, I was an active and happy member. I put in for a cash out on April 6, 2014 and have yet to see my money. My last cash out was sometime in summer of 2012, I was saving up for a big cash out. I diligently filled all surveys, tested a product, and followed all of the terms of service agreement with no problem. My payout last summer arrived within the 6-8 week timeframe without a hitch. This current cash out request, made April 6th, has not made it to me. I contacted acop, and the reply was something about their accounting department, that payouts were slow. I waited til June 6th, then sent an additional email. No response so far, and in order to stay in good terms with acop I am still doing surveys so my account does not go inactive. I am disappointed with what used to be a reliable thing, and am waiting for July 6th so I can email them yet again.

I requested a cash-out in March, received an email nearly a month later or more, that their computer system had a glitch......I am still waiting for my cash-out. I would be very careful with this site now and in the future. Once I receive my funds, I will not participate in their surveys any longer.

I was a member of American Consumer Opinion for well over 5 years. During that time I cashed out for amounts between $25 and $50 at least 4 or 5 times. I would probably get around 4 or 5 screener surveys a month. If I was lucky, one would lead to a full survey. In January 2014, I had over $60 in my account, well over a year since I had last cashed out. I received a survey invitation, but when I tried to log in I received an "invalid email" message. I tried the reset password function and it would send me a link to rest my password so the system obviously recognized my email address. It still wouldn't let me log in. I sent several emails to the admins. No response. Don't waste your time.

I have been taking surveys with them for 2+ years, always cashed out for 10-20$ at a time, always received my money within 2 weeks. Now 10 weeks ago i cashed out for 60$ i was told it would take 1-3 weeks, i still have not received my money, i have called 4-5 times, emailed at least 10 times, still no payment.... will file BBB complaint

This company is nothing but a pack of liars. I went to the website to update my info and couldn't log in. I emailed them and they said I was removed because I had 2 email addys. I have only had 1 email address in my life and still have it. If it had been a decent company I would have disputed this but you are lucky to make 10-15 dollars a year with them and it takes forever to get paid. They are not Worth spit so I said good riddance.
