Branded Surveys is an online paid surveys site that offers users the opportunity to answer online surveys in exchange for rewards including cash and gift cards.

Formerly known as MintVine, in 2017, the panel completely redesigned their website and took on the new name, 'Branded Surveys'. Branded offers its members tons of different rewards options and issues gift cards within 48 hours of transactions being processed.

New members of Branded Surveys can get a $1.00 (100 point) joining bonus by simply creating an account and taking the profile survey. After completing the survey, 100 points will be instantly credited to your account. That's a whopping 20% of the points needed for your first cash out!

Earn a Payout in as Little as One Week!

Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. If you are not the best fit for a survey, you will still be rewarded with points for answering even a couple of questions - compensating you for your time and inching you forward to your first payout, be it a cash payment, gift card or other reward.

How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

When you're ready to request a cash out from your Branded Surveys account, click the redemption button and choose from a wide variety of rewards:

You can get paid directly to your bank account, allowing you to get your hard earned cash even faster! Upon approval of your withdrawal (1-2 business days), a payout will post to your bank account within 24-48 hours (USA residents only). This withdrawal method was formally known as Branded Pay.

Redemptions take approximately 1-2 business days to process, and all rewards are digital. Gift cards will be issued as e-gift cards, and cash payments will be sent electronically. A valid phone number may be required to verify your identity to cash out your rewards.

Promo Codes

Promo codes on Branded are available for users to input into their member accounts, and will credit accounts with free points. These promo codes are available via special contests and promotions, though they aren't available often.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

• Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
• Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
• Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

• When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

• When you complete 30 surveys per week, you can earn a 14% bonus as a Silver member and a 19% bonus as a Gold member.

Re-qualify to Keep Your Badge Status

To maintain your badge color, members are encouraged to keep participating. Note that badges are subject to change on the first of each month if there was minimal participation for the duration of the month.

Branded Leaderboard

Increase your daily payout by getting on the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard tracks the Daily Top 50, Weekly Top 50 and Monthly Top 20 performers and rewards members for their survey completions.

• Daily Top 50 leaders = 50 points
• Weekly Top 50 leaders = 200 points
• Monthly Top 20 leaders = 300 points

Remain Active to Win Daily, Weekly & Monthly Prizes

Remember that for every survey you complete, you will get submitted into a daily, weekly and monthly random prize drawing. Win up to 50 extra points in a daily drawing, 500 points in the weekly drawing and 1000 points for the monthly drawing. The more you participate, the greater number of entries you will receive for the drawings.

Referral Program

Log in to your account to copy your unique referral link which you can then share with friends and extended family members to increase your account balance. Receive 50 points as a gold or silver badge holder whenever your friends and family reach the silver badge status. Branded also offers an affiliate program for website owners and influencers who are able to drive a large number of sign ups to the site.

Take Surveys from Your Phone

Branded Surveys offers a mobile app that is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, giving both iPhone and Android users the opportunity to take surveys from their phone.

The app functions almost identically to the Branded Surveys website, making it intuitive and easy to use. Receive survey notifications directly onto your phone via push notifications, instead of having to sort through email. When you receive a push notification from the app, simply click the survey alert and you will automatically be brought to the survey start page.

Use the Branded Surveys app just as you would the website - take surveys, check your account balance, and redeem your rewards whenever ready.

Is Branded Surveys Legit?

Branded Surveys is a completely legitimate paid survey site and is not a scam. February 20—you may have some newer methods of awarding points, but I very obviously am not qualified to earn them. With Mintvine I used to get 30 points here and there for being an Ace, and with the Elite status I’d earned every so often I’d find generous points added unexpectedly. Now, even though my dashboard recognizes my status, I’m not receiving any extra points. I have 36 surveys sent to me every day. I open each and every one, yet I go for days at a time without qualifying for anything. I’d just earn my 5 Daily Poll points. Maybe your polls don’t cater to middle aged white women. I’ve noticed your high scorers appear to be males. Regardless, if my profile is kept current (and it is), qualifying for one survey out of the more than 100 that I receive every three days isn’t a good investment of my time.

February 11 — This site has deteriorated over the past two months. Daily Poll points went from 10 to 5. I used to earn 100 points for completing ten consecutive Daily Polls . Then they took that away. Every now and then I’d get 200 points for being a Gold member. That’s no longer in effect. My monthly $30 earnings have dropped to about $12, even though I attempt every survey I’m sent. I’m not wasting my time once I redeem my next set of points. Not worth the time I’m putting in.

November 7—WOW, ever since the transition to Branded Surveys, my qualifications rate has increased. I’m now qualifying for more surveys, and earning more points than ever for surveys I disqualify from within the first minute or so. The few times I’ve had issues, customer service has been amazingly quick to research and apply full credit. I’ve also noticed that redeeming my points is only taking three days rather than five. So I’m a pretty satisfied customer.

September 20---I've sent multiple emails asking for pending points scheduled to post on September 18, 19, and 20 to be released. So far, nothing but the default email response.

July 31---finally got squared away with being banned twice and getting no concrete responses. Now, I wind up sifting through 36 daily surveys and not qualifying for more than two in a week. Oh, I might earn anywhere from 1-5 points when disqualified on some of them, and I do complete the Daily Poll. I'm finding now it's not worth my time. I used to have points in the two-week pending stage for 25-35 surveys. Now, maybe three in the queue. Could it be MintVine needs to find new survey partners? Not sure how much longer I'll do this.

Original post in June---I had almost identical frustrations and experiences as Natalie about a month ago. Cash out was disabled, I was not receiving many surveys when I used to get 35 each day. I also was getting no responses to my questions. Finally after searching and locating "higher-ups" I sent a message to multiple individuals. Jargon involved something about a proxy server, was I not where I said I lived, maybe I should take surveys from a computer rather than a tablet. Was reinstated, then rebanned. What a nightmare. Finally got it squared away and was given a generous number of consolation points, but geeeesh, what I had to go through!

Up until a month ago, Mintvine would've received a five star review from me. Customer service was quick and very fair. My recent problems changed all that, though. I'll see how it goes in the next few weeks and write again.

The phone number Mintvine lists is wrong. It takes you to a recording from State Farm insurance. Needs to be changed or deleted.

This used to be a good survey site. However, rewards have been reduced. Quite often, surveys of 20/25 minutes pay about 35 points. Today, the points awarded for the daily survey questions has been reduced to 5 points for everyone. I am a Gold Member and was receiving 10 points. I no longer see any point in being a Gold Member. This survey site is definitely deteriorating and rewards are so low now that I have little desire to continue using it.

Since writing the above review, I am using this survey site less and less. It takes so long to reach pay out now that I really have lost interest. There is no incentive there any longer for me.

I love branded surveys but they are leaving a bad taste in my mouth, I've noticed that when u complete a survey worth 3 or 10 points it's applied asap to your point dashboard but any survey giving points 100 & over they ignore u n keep emailing u say they r looking into the matter. Ive completed 2 surveys totaling 842 points & they refuse to honor them I even sent them the screenshot of both surveys & in still getting hoodwinked. If they're doing it to me how many others r getting bamboozled? I WANT MY POINTS!!!

I'm revising my review from a 4.5 star to a 2 star for Branded. It had been my very favorite for a long time... I don't know what happened, but it's terrible now. The point value is pathetic and they cut the extra point value in half for Gold members. It's very hard to make payout now.

I'm giving a 2 star only because they do still pay as far as I know. They should have kept well enough alone. :-(

I asked for a $14 cashout and they rejected it. I reached out to customer service and asked them why. They said they would be in touch. It has been several months and I still have not heard from them.
