Payouts on Branded Surveys range in value for surveys and can be as high as 300 points. If you are not the best fit for a survey, you will still be rewarded with points for answering even a couple of questions - compensating you for your time and inching you forward to your first payout, be it a cash payment, gift card or other reward.

How to Redeem Points

When you complete a survey, you will be rewarded with points and your survey answers will be sent directly to Branded Survey’s market research clients. Once you have earned a minimum of 500 approved points ($5.00 USD), a redemption button will become active in the "My Points" section of your account, allowing you to cash out your earnings and redeem your points.

Survey Lengths

The average survey on the platform takes 11 minutes to complete, but the estimated completion time will always be listed on survey invitations (which are e-mailed, or can also be found listed in your account). Not only can you take interesting surveys, but daily poll opportunities and online focus groups are also offered.

Many surveys, as well as the platform itself, is posted on the gobranded domain name. Go Branded is the same as Branded Surveys - it's simply what the panel uses in their url.

Daily Polls

Log into your account daily to receive 5 points for taking the quick poll available on your Branded Surveys Dashboard. You may complete one poll every 24 hours.

Earn Extra Points

Local Deals are provided by businesses and offer additional opportunities to earn points with Branded Surveys. These opportunities are also listed in your Branded Surveys dashboard. The more points you earn, the more qualified you will be for additional opportunities.

How Much Points are Worth

Branded Surveys uses a very simple points conversion system. 500 points = $5 USD, so 100 points = $1. Therefore, each individual point is worth 1 cent, or $0.01.

If you are located in Canada or the UK, you will receive your rewards in your local currency, converted from USD. For instance, a $10 USD payment issued to a Canadian would be equal to approximately $12.50 CAD. $10 USD issued to a UK resident would equal approximately £8.00.

Member's Tip! Answer questions as honestly as possible so the data collected is accurate and the surveys you qualify for are relevant to you. This makes it much easier to complete surveys quicker.

Branded Elite

Branded Elite is Branded Surveys’ rewards program. There are three levels of membership depending on your monthly survey activity. The badge levels are Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each badge level grants members the opportunity to earn weekly bonus points.

As you take surveys throughout the month, you can advance through Bronze, Silver and Gold badge levels. You must meet the minimum survey requirements each month to keep your badge through the next month.

  • Complete 2 surveys per calendar month for Bronze
  • Complete 10 surveys per calendar month for Silver
  • Complete 25 surveys per calendar month for Gold

Earn Weekly Rewards

As a Branded Elite badge member, you can earn a weekly bonus when you complete 12, 20 or 30 surveys per week (Monday-Sunday). Your bonus is a percentage of your total approved survey points for the week.

  • When you complete 12 surveys per week, you can earn a 5% bonus as a Bronze member, a 10% bonus as a Silver member and a 15% bonus as a Gold member.
  • When you complete 20 surveys per week, you can earn a 12% bonus as a Silver member and a 17% bonus as a Gold member.

Absolute Waste of Your Valuable Time!

On January 16th of this year I contacted the illustrious and infamous Customer Service at Branded Surveys. Lo and behold they did respond rather quickly to my situation. I've been taking their TV Surveys for nearly two years on a regularly consistent basis. Last week I took the entire TV survey to completion and then there was a problem at the end. It did not take me back to My Members page. Of course I took screenshots and provided a link. Instead, they only gave me a partial amount of only 10 points!!! Normally for these TV Surveys I get 35 points! Of course I contacted customer service to try and get back the rest of my deserved 25 points and here was their lame reply:
That is the general protocol to report surveys in case of issues, and we appreciate that.

But, our records show otherwise and hence the credit was partial.

Last week on January 22nd I was having difficulty taking the Daily Poll which I've rarely, if at all, had any trouble with. Naturally, I contacted Customer Service once again to inform them of this problem. Shilpa M. stated he would look into it. Well…he came back with a response it was working fine on their end (of course it is…how convenient!). As it turned out he never gave me the five points for at least reaching out to them in a timely manner. Had this been MintVine or the early days of Branded Surveys (when MintVine was probably still around with their rebranding) they would NOT have hesitated to give me the extra 25 points from the TV Survey and the 5 points from the difficulty I was having with the Daily Poll. As matter of fact MintVine would have compensated me with some additional courtesy points.

Now Branded Surveys won't even give you any frigging points even if you contact them in a timely manner. Yes, I have noticed their automatic robo-response emails saying to please contact us. Don't fall for their B.S. line because you'll likely get very little to nothing. Last year starting in September I began seriously burning out doing their surveys after three years because I rarely qualify for their surveys, the ones I do make you go through the whole process and then they tell you you're not qualified, you don't receive any DQ points here or there. There's not any incentive to actually keep you even if you’re a Branded Elite Gold Member. You have to work extra hard and it just not worth it. These last few months Branded Surveys has truly gone downhill. I do feel a sense of déjà vu from another survey company called Survey Junkie I was with about a year ago. The way Branded Surveys has become was exactly like Survey Junkie, a complete rip-off!!! Could Branded Surveys soon become Survey Junkie?

Don't use this site... It is a complete joke and they take advantage of users. After years of using mint vine and now Branded Surveys, every time I try to make a withdrawal lately it gets cancelled and somehow, a large point survey is suspiciously 'cancelled' even though I've participated and spent my time.

Over the rears I've completed home tests, face to face studies, skype and long term focus groups. Since the rebrand, the points for surveys has drastically gotten worse, with a few cents for 30 minutes work.

I've even contacted directly, companies using their services to enquire if the points they're offering to complete market research for them is fair and legit. For example, they offered 20cents for participation in a 35 minute survey for NYU. I contacted the survey research lead at NYU and they directly sent me $5, saying they "won't use them" going forward as 35 cents was not what they were expecting participant's to be taking at all.

For those of you still members of Branded, as yourself, is spending 15 minutes on a survey for 30 cents worth it? No, you're worth more than that.

Compared to other sites such as opinion world and Paidviewpoint.com, the points awarded using Branded is becoming a joke and completely unfair.

Furthermore, they consistently make you work hard to rectify errors from their system which mean you're not getting points. The fact that the past 2 times I've tried to withdraw money have been cancelled, after years of no issues at all. As soon as I can get access to the money I'm entitled to, in deleting this account. Don't use them at all. Go elsewhere.

Oh and I've found the companies execs on LinkedIn - so if you want to make a direct complaint, I'd suggest going to the top! The customer service is terrible.

I have to say, my experience of Branded Surveys is consistently getting worse. This is coming from someone who's been a regular survey taker on a number of panels for 16 years - during which time I've taken part in tests/focus groups/month long research amongst other things. I put in the effort and do so with honesty - something lacking here at 'BS'.

I spend far too long getting screened-out compared with other panels I've used in the past. I've looked at the past seven days - and I've been screened out of 211 surveys, of which 38 were over quota meaning I started or even completed a survey but was not given a payout/full payout.

How many surveys was I able to complete...... 38!!!! That is ridiculous, that's a 15% success rate - in other words for every 20 surveys you try to take, only 3 will be successful.

Customer service has been unapologetic and poor, with consistent bugs and errors resulting in not receiving payment for your surveys. Often you respond to an email and get a robotic answer, they don't even take the time to fully read your complaint.

Personally, I think this is a panel that is questionable. The reality is that Branded Surveys gets a payment from their client for every survey taken, they take a cut and pass on part of that payment to the panellist as compensation.

So when you spend hours on surveys and these 'errors' take place, the Market Research client gets their data, Branded Surveys gets their payment, and the panellist gets nothing but the feeling that they've spent time on something for nothing, haven been taken advantage of!

The lack of payout on high-reward surveys that take a long time (20-60mins) is so consistent, it's a joke. The tech team then require you to provide a screenshot to prove you've taken the survey. There have been a number of occasions where I have taken screenshots because I know what their system is like - and even THEN they say 'we have no record of you taking this survey'!

I'm being conservative when I estimate I've lost out on approx. $35-40 worth of points in combination of the larger payout surveys and the multiple small payouts. You're expected to screenshot EVERY survey to PROVE you did indeed take it. THEN, even if you do send the screenshot - you still won't get compensated!! They're having a laugh at our expense while taking their cut!

The points system is simple - 1000 points is $10, which is the minimum required to withdraw. However many of the surveys pay extremely low for the amount of time you're putting in.

I am going to finish out the tax year with Branded - then close my account. I wouldn't recommend them to real survey takers who put in time and effort, like myself. Steer clear, and don't waste your time!

Since the above site changed from mintvine it has gone downhill fast, they used to give 10 points (now 5 for daily poll,started marking you bronze,silver or gold badge.on the dashboard, rejecting surveys saying you are rushing them. If you are on pc when survey comes in 90% of the time you cannot do it. Also when it was mintvine you used to get 30 points fairly regularly if you could not do certain surveys. Not worth the time and effort.

This used to be a great survey site when it was mintvine. Now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I took a 2 point questionnaire. My status went from "excellent" to "poor" because I answered the question "what do you like most about taking surveys" with the answer "earning rewards". Apparently, that wasn't a sufficient answer. I received an email immediately chastising me for rushing or using incomplete sentences. Next time, I will write a novel.

I have been a member of branded surveys for 3.5 years. Early on it was pretty good. Over the past 6 months or so, I find that even after I complete surveys, I am not given the points. The surveys are often longer than they claim they will be. And the opportunity for points has decreased.

The final straw for me was last week when I went to cash out $38 and they denied me and told me I was not longer a member because I took surveys "too fast". WHAT???? I have always attempted to answer honestly. I wasn't warned, just booted when I went to cash out. The timing of that is highly suspicious.

I filed a complaint with my State's attorney general.
