Consistent cash rewards

When a survey is sent out via mail, you can expect between $1-$5 enclosed (either in the form of cash or check) with the survey itself. The amount will depend on the length of the survey. Survey Taking Experience

Survey invites and lengths

You can expect to receive 1-2 surveys per month via mail and 1 survey online per month on average. The surveys themselves are quite quick to complete, and take on average about 10-20 minutes to complete.

Difficult To Communicate with 🤨

September 8, 2020 by ELLYN from United States

I love the idea of getting to Product Test and Keep all sorts of products, to get Money, and Giftcards, too. Getting surveys mailed to me and/or online is fine, but for some reason Login to the website is constantly difficult and when I've mailed-in the surveys that were sent to me, they keep telling me that they didn't get it yet?? I would be willing to give Consumer Opinion Institute another chance though.

Inability to contact

December 30, 2017 by Sean from United States

Unfortunately, I spent time taking one of my first surveys which ended with the inability to submit.
I used the online contact form to ask for help, however I received an email saying that delivery of my message failed and there is no other way to contact the panel on their help pages. Therefore, there is no way to get support, and the surveys have technical issues. So I can't rate them very highly at all!

Honest but Tedious

August 11, 2017 by Dennis from United States

They send an extremely boring paper survey once a month. They give you $5 for the survey, unless they try to get buy with $2. Survey is long, boring and extremely hard to see and do. Not worth $5 for me. But they are legit.

Annoying

May 11, 2016 by Raechel from United States

I always get mine through the mail but I had to quit because it's almost like torture. It's the smallest print you've ever seen in your life & there's like 20 pages but it seems like 100. For $5, I just cannot do it anymore.

No new surveys

August 31, 2015 by Nancy from United States

After the initial survey, I rarely got any new surveys and now there is a problem with my account. They entice you to join with a credit and now when I check on the reward points, there is a problem with my account.
