They sent me a meter which I plugged in and it never transmitted data. I kept getting messages that my account was inactive because the meter was not plugged in. I suspect it wouldn't transmit because I have spectrum one which has built in security. I am currently waiting on instructions to mail it back. I tried a different cord and it still didn't work. They kept calling from different toll free numbers and would get rude because I was working and unable to "troubleshoot" the issue. I work as a newspaper carrier and spend several hours on the road every day.

My girlfriend signed us up for this program promising pay for data collection. Seemed like an okay deal at the time. They started with this box that linked to our router that caused our internet to slow a bit. This was understandable as it needed to redirect data streams, and we had speed to spare. Approximately two months later, they sent her an email that we had to download a certificate on each browser to continue, so we did that, and immediately regretted it. This caused us to be unable to access any online servers for any games (think STEAM), even after a reboot, and removal of what they had us download. Running a malware and registry cleaner did nothing, so we opted to rollback our PCs. Her's will not allow itself to roll back, and mine messed up in the process leaving my only option as a factory reset. She is left with a computer than will not even open Google chrome, and my PC is now telling me that Windows is corrupt and won't even go to a home screen. Bear in mind we do have anti virus programs and are not computer illiterate, and all of this took place less than 5 minutes after downloading this certificate from this company. BBB has been contacted (as if that will do anything.)

...I got the same letter last Fall when I had $35 in my account. They didn't round me up so I got nothing. I had a long talk with a Supervisor to no avail, but I took the high ground and sent them back their equipment.

they refuse to pay after i have confirmation, pls dont waste your time...thank god i have identity protection, but still worried they may try something.

By invitation only, I think, but they are a great panel if you ever get invited. Plug their meter box into your comp, do a super quick monthly update and earn $200 or so a year. They pay on time, great customer service, easy to earn - 5 stars.

UPDATE: I got kicked off this site for "budget reasons". They "claimed" that they had to cut their budget and I was one chosen to lose my membership because they couldn't afford everybody. Yeah, sure.
