No regret

June 11, 2020 by Jayne from United States

After several years of participation, the meter failed, through no fault of my own and I was advised it couldn't be replaced. I still had $35 in rewards I had earned in the last several months before the meter failed. Since they don't consider anything under $50 to be redeemable, I can't redeem the $35 I earned on the panel. I'm sure they made plenty of money in the years I participated, by selling my information. So, when I get an e-mail stating that they "regret" my "resignation" from the panel, which they instituted themselves, I certainly don't believe they regret anything; don't let them take you in.

Not worth the time or letting them see your activity online

September 24, 2017 by Joe from United States

Fair warning, you can only cash out at $50 and they will suddenly cut you off when you reach close to that cash out goal without warning and when you imply why it's not letting you login anymore, they will send "well we had to make budget cuts and randomly pick people who's services we didn't longer need"...which I replied that that was pretty convenient with me being a week away from cashing out pretty much.., get to monitor all your online activity in the meantime and you get nothing in the end.

Incompetent Tech Support

August 25, 2017 by Charles from United States

I never even got to get started. They sent me the unit and I installed it but it was getting no power. I emailed support and got no response. The next day I called and got a lot of questions about my router, ip address etc. They said they had to escalate the issue. It's blatantly obvious that if an electronic device isn't getting power it's either a faulty unit or a faulty power supply/ac adapter. After a month they send me an email basically citing an incompatibility issue, saying tech support couldn't resolve the problem and that they will be removing me from the panel and they want their unit back. I don't feel compelled enough to exert my energy walking to the mailbox. Maybe they can have their tech support come to my house and pick it up if they can figure out how to turn the power on on their GPS.

Do not use!

June 21, 2017 by kim from United States

I spent so much time and energy complaining to Comcast about the speed of my internet and had 3 different techs come to my house to figure out why I was only downloading at speeds around 8mbps when I was paying for 250mbps. The last tech finally decided to unplug the meter and do a speed test. I went from 8mbps to 230mbps! I was finally able to use my amazon Firestick w/o freezing and got all my smart light bulbs and Google Home working. Not worth the cash!

Digital Reflections' Box is malware

October 22, 2023 by Steven from United States

The Digital Reflection box is not only spyware, but malware. I was unable to access certain web sites, including my banks. Not knowing the source of the problem, I contacted my Internet Service Provider, and then Microsoft, and after 8 hours on the phone, I finally hired the Geek Squad to make a house call, which cost me $338, and they discovered after spending three hours checking my cables, modem, and router, that the Digital Reflection box and the blue cord was causing my issue. I am warning everyone never to install this malware, and if you have it installed already, disconnect it. Digital Reflections flatly refused to reimburse me for the money I paid the Geek Squad. Digital Reflections is disreputable, and dangerous.
