Delta Marketing Dynamics, also known as DMD Surveys is a division of KS&R Inc., a provider of survey research for the healthcare industry (including pharma/biotech). They source the thoughts and opinions of healthcare professionals such as pharmacists, physicians, distributors and others that help their clients make more meaningful decisions for the healthcare industry. Medical professionals can join the specialty, retail or hospital panels. You may become a member of more than one panel if you meet the requirements. However, you must sign up for each panel separately.
Depending on who you are, Delta Marketing Dynamics may have to collect specific information before seeking out surveys to enroll you in. All panelists will have to provide their name, number, address, fax and email. Pharmacists and physicians will also need to provide their business name, business phone and fax numbers, business activity (such as Rx sales and patient volume), business demographics, type of practice and specialties. All information will be carefully protected and not shared with third parties.
DMD uses telephone, traditional and online surveys to collect information. Panelists are always compensated for participating. All information provided in reports is summarized, and no individually identifiable responses are revealed.
Most telephone surveys require three to five minutes. More involved studies may require 10 to 30 minutes in which case interview times are scheduled with you in advance. Traditional or online surveys may require up to 10 minutes to complete.
Compensation for survey or interview participation varies with time requirements. Participants will receive checks for their participation, or can give directly to a charity of their choice! One check is paid monthly and includes everything the panelist has participated in for that month.
