Payment and Rewards

Earn e-Rewards

Earn Opinion Points/e-Rewards currency for taking surveys. Exchange your points for gift cards, magazine subscriptions, hotel reward points, and airline points. Choose from over 30 different retailers to redeem gift cards with, including Best Buy, CVS Pharmacy, Walmart, Macy's and more. You may redeem a gift card only once per quarter with most gift card options.

Prizes

e-Rewards can also be redeemed towards prizes. Many prizes come in the form of discounts towards purchasing products and services they provide.

Redeem Your e-Rewards Currency

In most cases, your account will be credited as soon as you complete a survey. However, in some cases the credit may take up to 7 days to appear on your account. Similarly, e-Rewards sends most electronic gift cards immediately upon request (within one hour). Most physical gift cards will be sent out within 4-6 weeks of redemption.

e-Rewards also requires mobile and landline verification in order to redeem your rewards. This verification helps you keep your rewards secure. For data security, they will need to verify your account with a valid US mobile or landline number in order to redeem your reward. Once you provide your number, you will receive a verification code via that number that you will need to enter in order to finalize the redemption process.

You can redeem your e-Rewards Currency/Opinion Points as soon as you accumulate enough to qualify for the reward you desire (the lowest gift card option is $10).

E-Rewards NOT honoring its rewards

August 24, 2017 by Manga from United States

For many years E-rewards was a reliable site where one could redeem for gift cards, magazine subscriptions and millage programs (estimating your earnings by a third of its value). A big surprise was when I tried to redeem some of my $200 earned during many months and hours of painstaking time completing surveys. They asked for a phone verification (SMS or voice) for them to send a code. After many attempts and error messages, they inactivated my account. After many weeks and attempts contacting customer service, they have not solved their problem, stating that my provided home phone numbers are digital (?). This leads me to believe that this outfit has scammed me of my hard work. If you value your time, DO NOT WASTE YOURS, Chances are that after many hours of work you may get the runaround like me. You will get only excuses and a per-canned reply that they will "investigate" with their "technical" department!
I will be filing a demand at the BBB and SA for the amount they owe me..

E-Rewards does not honor rewards!!!

August 20, 2017 by Barry from United States

E. Rewards used to be good, years ago, I don't know what has happened. It seems to me that they just get worse every year, because they are terrible now. I have over $150.00 in e.rewards currency, and I have used my rewards currency to get my reward. That was month's ago, and I have yet to see anything. I have contacted e.rewards numerous times, they say they will look into it, but then I never hear anything. But yet they don't have a problem sending me emails everyday telling me I have a new survey available. They just use you to do their surveys, but then when it comes time to claim your reward, they will not honor it, and you will never see it! Stay far away from E-rewards, they will waste your time, for nothing in return!!

4 rewards per year? Not worth it.

I was excited to receive an invite from AC Moore to join e-rewards, since I'm a crocheter and spend way too much money there. I spent a lot of time filling out surveys and redeemed my points for a $25 AC Moore gift card within a week. I was surprised a week or so later when trying to redeem for a second gift card to learn that you can only redeem once every three months! I'm certainly not wasting my time on their site when I can answer the same surveys on Swagbucks, where there is no limit on the rewards I can collect. They don't have AC Moore on Swagbucks but I can just redeem for PayPal.

Baaa'd, baaa'd e-Rewards

Bad-bad-bad e-Rewards! You can do much better!

This is my story: I spent a lot of time/hours answering surveys for e-Rewards - so much so that I accumulated $140 in actual earnings however, these earnings only came to a total usable amount of $100. Doesn't that mean that e-Rewards made $40 profit from my sweat equity.

Let's go further. I redeemed my earnings (4 FTD gift cards @ $25 each - and I had to earn $35 for ea. $25 I wanted to redeem). Any way you look at it, e-Rewards profited $10 off each $35 I earned - leaving me with $25 to hopefully use in a reward. The only thing is - when I went to redeem my reward of $100 in e-Rewards/FTD, I was told that I could only use $25 at a time!!! I could not use my total reward together at once. Obviously, this is an unacceptable practice that many survey sites use in order to avoid giving me/you/us a proper reward. They will tell you look at our policy/policies: Well, I did that too. E-Rewards says that you cannot combine your reward to be used with ANY OTHER REWARD OR GIFT/PROMOTION - and that your reward must be for only ONE ACCOUNT. Each of my earned rewards were for my one account and I did not try to use my reward with any other promotion, gift or contest. When you check the FTD.com policy on gift cards, they say that you can't use in conjunction with any other gifts/or discounts. I didn't try to use my reward with any other gift or discount. The item I wanted to purchase was ONE item, and was not a discount.

Furthermore, I learned that FTD applies $24 to ship your order. So, bottom line - if they want to MAKE YOU USE ONLY ONE GIFT CARD TOTALING $25, your entire e-Reward will go towards their shipping charge!!!

What a disappointment. If you are as disgusted I am, you will write to the U.S. Consumer Affairs Department, the Better Business Bureau, etc. I am so tired of survey sites taking advantage of everyday people like you and me who give our time freely for pennies on the dollar - only to be used by the rich and greedy!
